Three bedroom three and half baths, plenty of room for your family and friends to spread out. Outdoor spaces include private balconies off main floor master and upstairs bedroom, screen porch on main level, front and side porches, and a large lakeside lower-level deck with lots of comfortable seating to enjoy beautiful Lake Murray sunsets! Lower- level game area includes indoor/outdoor fun with a lakeside pool table, ping pong, fooseball, electronic darts, corn hole, croquet, badmitten, and life size connect 4! Enjoy the games while lakeside grilling and laughing around the fire pit!
Main living level boasts well stocked kitchen, living room with TV, sunroom with TV, dining/game room, Lakeview primary suite with TV and ensuite bath, and screen porch. There is an additional half bath on this level as well as a separate laundry area with large washer and dryer and a large pantry. Don't miss the popcorn bar with a great variety of gourmet popcorn and toppings provided!
Upper level includes 2 private bedrooms with TVs and large closets. Cove View Suite has 2 queens. Sunset Suite has 1 queen and 1 twin and private balcony. Both have ensuite access to Jack-n-Jill Bath.
Lower level is our game room. There is a game table and loveseat for comfort as well as a full bath. Sliding doors lead you to the expansive covered deck just steps to the lake. A gas grill is located here and there is garage access both from the deck and indoor game room. Enjoy the games or just relax in this space taking in the beautiful lake views and sunsets!
There are three kayaks and a paddle board for your use! Use is at your own risk, always wear life jackets, and use caution when on board watercrafts!
Water level is monitored by Dominion Energy. Water at our dock is typically shallow (3-6ft) but deep enough to park a boat. There is a boat ramp on property however depending on water level it may not be usable for larger boats. Dreher Island is a short drive away with boat ramp and sufficient parking. Our cove is a gentle slope with sandy bottom and great for walk out swimming, no rocks or trees on bottom.
