THREE BLOCKS FROM 1 VOTED RESTAURANT on the Island- FUEGO DE MAR. Centrally located Mid Island and 1 block from the Caribbean Ocean. Steps away from the coastal nature walk leading back to Playa Norte, voted top 7 beach in the world. The Island of Isla Mujeres is just a 15-minute ferry ride from Cancun, Puerto Juarez . The Island is ranked the safest Island in the Caribbean with the Mexican Navy stationed on the island. Golf carts are an awesome means of transportation ask about our recommendations and best pricing. Our mid island location makes for a perfect spot for your vacation needs. Many restaurants all within 3 blocks as well as several convenience stores. We are 1 Block from a public park and 1 block from scenic coastal exercise and trail walk. We are located just 10 minutes from the famous Playa Northe, or find your own spot from the 100's of beaches on the island.

• The new stairs lead up to the 3nd floor patio, rooftop pool 4th Bathroomand outdoor kitchen area. The rooftop offers spectacular 360 views of the island and new privet rooftop area. Enjoy the Caribbean sun and breeze under our new pergola. This is truly an awesome spot to unwind with friendsandfamily. The house was built on one on the highest spots on the island, which always provides constant, awesome, ocean tropical breeze. The view from the roof are spectacular. Sun rise and sun set.

• For people that enjoy walks, A 20 minute (or less walk to the south you have Rincon Cubano (Very popular) Ruben’s, Beachin Burrito and SIX, a convenience store and several small beaches , down a little farther (still about a 20 minute walk from the house) the newly opened DeNuccios a New York Italian restaurant that is amazing . A 10-minute walk to the north towards the village of Meteorologico you will pass Medra food and art voted best burger on the Island, Villa La Bella (very nice beach bar voted best Margaretta on the island ) Caribbean Brisas (One of my favorite for eats and drinks) The famous Mango across the RC Chapel of Guadalupe (on the Sea) and down just a little farther is Mike’s Pizza (really good) We have 6 convenience sprinkled thru out this area.

• We are very involved with the Only Animal Rescue on the Island. By providing free during the annual Spay/Neuter vaccinate Campaign. A 6-day event where 60 Veterinarians from countries all over the world come and will treat over 1300 animals. Free of cost. The clinic is 100% Donor based. NOTE this home has a few neighborhood furry friends that will come say hello and might just follow you into the home. One is Honey she is a mix lab and a sweetheart. The other is what has been called the house cat. this is also a very sweet cat that will just wait at the door and not push her way in she most likely will just say hello and go back to napping on the table in the entry.

Perfect vacations

Casa Kim was really a wonderful place to stay on Isla Mujeres for our family vacations. We had everything we needed to enjoy plenty each day. The house was clean, the commodity great and the roof top amazing!!! The host Robert was super responsive to our demands and questions, we did really appreciate the communication. Thank you for everything and not only I highly recommend Casa Kim, but for sure we will be back.

Great family house

Casa Kim was a great find for us for our multi generational family stay.. five adults and three children. It is a very nice two-story house with excellent kitchen, very clean and has a wonderful rooftop pool which provided endless activity for our three small children. Our seven and nine-year-old played soccer with the kids across the street. The on-site property manager was instantly responsive when we needed anything. Great family vacation!

GREAT HOUSE!!!! Very accommodating host (Robert) was on top of emailing answering questions and help out with recommendations. View is award winning, pool was a bit chilly for January but man is it nice to have! We rented entire house and felt safe 24/7 with neighborhood. Only suggestion is some kind of towel service and I know for us we need daily having a husband who showers 2-3 times a day. Having gone to the beach every day most days sun up to sun down they were pretty nasty! Regardless we would still book the whole house again. Nice to have a house for big party and have separate space. Great home!!!

Everything we wanted and MORE!

We stayed at Casa Kim and rented the whole house, which was perfect for our older children (17-21). The second floor was used for the parents and the "kids" had the lower apartment. We spent time together on the rooftop in the pool and under the covered patio with incredible views of the island, especially sunrise and sunset. The neighborhood was one of our favorite parts of our stay. We took advantage of the street vendors as much as we could, the older gentleman selling elotes was a high note. Also on Sunday morning the corner house has smoked carnitas tacos-delicious. We adventured down to the coves on the east side just half a block away and played for hours in the ocean. The water dispensers on each floor helped us stay hydrated and saved us and the environment from buying cases of bottled water. The king sizes beds were very comfortable as well as the couches, we all slept like babies.The host is very responsive and answered any messages we sent. The individual A/C units cooled everything quickly and efficiently and helped with the 100% humidity days. We highly recommend this location and house to stay, it met all our needs and more and for the price, just can't be beat. We hope to come back soon and stay in this location again. We stayed for five days at Casa Kim and really enjoyed it. Having two levels made it easy for our group to spread out, and the rooftop was a great place to gather, swim, and eat together. The beds were comfortable and the AC kept everything cool when the temperatures went up.We ran into a couple minor issues during our stay, but Robb and the property manager responded quickly and took care of them right away.The location worked really well for us. It’s just a block from the Mirador Payo Obispo walking path, which became one of our favorite morning spots for sunrise. You also get great views from the Casa Kim rooftop, so it was nice having both options. It’s an easy walk into La Gloria for great street food, and you can reach pretty much anywhere on the island in about 15 minutes.One thing we really appreciated was being in a neighborhood that felt more local than touristy. You’re living among residents going about their daily lives, which made the experience feel much more authentic.Overall, Casa Kim was a safe, comfortable, and well-located base for exploring Isla Mujeres, and we would happily stay there again.

Awesome!

Notre séjour était incroyable. La maison était vraiment parfaite, la piscine était très propre et la terrasse, très belle. La salle de bain et la petite cuisine sur le toit était un vrai plus. Il y assez d’espaces extérieurs pour qu’à beaucoup, nous soyons très confortables. Tout était fonctionnel. Nous restions une semaine et ils ont organisé un ménage de la maison à la mi-semaine. Les hôtes étaient très accommodants et c’était super facile de communiquer avec eux. La location aussi nous a beaucoup plu, entre les deux pointes et dans un quartier plus résidentiel, mais avec beaucoup d’options de restaurants et de petits commerces. Je recommande! C’était parfait!

Before we purchased this home it was named Casa De Josefa. We were going to buy it as a vacation home that would be for my wife and I. Plus friends and family. After reading all the amazing Reviews about our home we decided to keep it going for you all. I just wish we could transfer all 34+ Reviews over 4.9 stars or Excellent. If your looking to see what some guess have said let me pick a few. Nov 2015 Cari E " My husband and I booked this as part of a very last minute trip in late November 2015. This was our first time on Mujeres as we are frequently in Cozumel. We LOVED Mujeres! This Casa was just as pictured and beautiful. The location was wonderful, on the quieter side of things. The rooftop offered a beautiful view of the ocean. The owners were very communicative and sent us a lot of information prior to us leaving. There was also plenty of information on hand at the Casa as well. It was well furnished and very clean. We would absolutely recommend it and would stay again in a minute."
