Beautifully updated ground-level 3-bedroom, 3-bath condo in the heart of Dillon. Walk to the farmers market, amphitheater, marina, restaurants, and the free Summit Stage bus stop. Just a short drive to five ski resorts—Keystone, Arapahoe Basin, Breckenridge, Copper, and Loveland.

In winter, enjoy skiing/snow boarding at one of 5 resorts within 30 min (Keystone is 15 min), ice skating, ice fishing, and cross-country skiing right on Lake Dillon. In summer, paddleboard, kayak, sail, or take out a pontoon boat. Hiking and biking trails surround the area.

The complex features an indoor clubhouse with a fitness center, pool, and two hot tubs, plus an outdoor fire pit and community gas grills. Inside the condo you’ll find a steam shower, in-unit laundry, a fully stocked kitchen, three smart TVs with cable, and a cozy gas fireplace. Step onto the patio for sunset views of the lake and mountains. Everything you need for a comfortable mountain getaway.

This condo is in great shape, and the location is excellent. This unit has comfy beds, good tools in the kitchen, nice room-darkening shades on the bedroom windows and the building was quiet while we were there. Easy access to the rec path and all it has to offer, plus the amphitheater is a short walk away. We have stayed here three times . . . so far!

The condo was AWESOME!. Perfect location. Patio was nice and quiet & relaxing with pretty views of mountains. Just as pictures presented. Condo layout/floor plan was great & worked perfect for 6 adults with room to spare. Very clean & freshly updated. Kitchen was well equipped.The nicest condo in Summit County that we have stayed in in past 4 years. Shannon communicated quickly with any questions we had for her. Would visit again!

This property was perfect for our family reunion. There were 3 families and we each had our own bedroom and bathroom with the kitchen table seating 8! The kids loved to play soccer and catch just outside the balcony where the adults could sit in comfort and watch with the lake in the background. The kitchen has a huge variety of appliances and dishes for use in making meals. We all enjoyed our stay.

Great place to stay!

The condo is great, it is clean, has everything you need just like at home, the beds are comfortable, the view is amazing and it was in a perfect location. I would certainly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again.

It was frist floor. Enough rooms and bathrooms. The view was awesome, view of the lake and mountains. Great places to go eat and shop.Just relax by fireplace.Enjoyy family. Place had everything you needed. Grocery store close by.Enjoyed the swimming pool, and hot tub. Loved it.
