Our Chardonnay Cottage is located on a beautiful, secure villa property in leafy Constantia, Cape Town's most popular residential neighborhood, right in the heart of the Constantia Valley wine-growing region.
Separated from the rest, but still integrated in the amenities of the property: access to the large garden with heated 40sqm swimming pool, secure parking in one of the double garages with direct access to the cottage, connection to satellite TV and the Internet. This at rental rates that do not reflect the elevated price level for this sought after area.
The one-room apartment with practical kitchenette (electric cooker, fridge, microwave) has its own 60sqm large private patio with a small garden equipped with garden furniture, sun beds and barbecue facilities. For entertainment and communication satellite TV with German channels (ARD and ZDF) and Internet connection (cable and radio) is available. The equipment with Interkom (speech and video system at the Aussentor), beautiful garden lighting at night and a modern alarm system with connection to a private security service also contribute to the well-being of our guests.
Our cottage is especially recommended by the AA, the ADAC equivalent in South Africa, as part of the AA Quality Assured Accommodation Program and is called HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
Shopping:
Ideal, but not better, at 3 minutes away shopping center "Constantia Village". Supply of wines from the region directly on site (wine trade).
Location:
Central and easily accessible, ideal for excursions in all directions: Table Mountain Cable Car 25 km, Cape Nature Reserve 25 km, Botanical Garden 5 km, V & A Waterfront 20 km, Parliament, Malay Quarter 20 km. Short drive to the sea and the beautiful beaches in the southeast (False Bay, Muizenberg 15 km) and in the northwest (Table Bay, Blauberg 25 km).
Sports:
Golf, tennis, kiting, surfing, climbing, horse riding, hiking, jogging, swimming etc.
Leisure:
Sightseeing flights, concerts, jazz pubs, animal parks, shark diving, wine tasting, numerous excellent restaurants in the immediate vicinity.

Constantia is one of the classiest neighborhoods in Cape Town. The lovely landscape makes you forget that you are in the middle of a big city. The villas are surrounded by park-like gardens, some also have paddocks and vineyards. The cottage is just 2 km away from the shopping center "Constantia Village". Many very good restaurants are located in the immediate vicinity.
