Our Happy Place features 5 uniquely designed bedrooms with potential to sleep 14, 3.5 bathrooms, & aesthetic originality all throughout. The house features a Hot Tub, Fire pit, porch swings & a WAFFLE BAR. Say what?

Its the ultimate place for relaxation!

There is so much open space for you, your family and guests to hang out whether it is inside the cabin or outdoors. There is a fire pit that seats 6, patio furniture, deck furniture and picnic table all by the hot tub. There are two living rooms inside and a total of 2 TVs on the property.

Access and all check in information is provided the morning of check in once guest IDs are submitted. The property is located after driving through 5-7 minutes of gravel roads, 4x4 not necessary but helpful. The property is located at the very end of the road and you will need to make a right into the driveway.

This property is tucked deep in a neighborhood where you are not really able to see the neighboring properties. You do enter and pass horses, cows, donkeys, and multiple properties on your way in.

We do have a third party ID verification through Truvi and we do ask our guests to select between a $35 non-refundable damage waiver OR a refundable $500 security deposit. This must be completed to obtain access information.

Checking in and out: Check-in after 4:00 PM Checkout before 10:00 AM
Self check-in with lockbox - Access provided the morning of check in as long as IDs have been submitted.

Dogs allowed: Max 2 Dogs, No Cats, Pup Fee $45 per pet for the stay
No parties or events, No smoking, No commercial photography
Early Check in Fee $50 before 4 pm, Late Check Out Fee $50 after 10 am
Early and Late Check outs must be approved and cannot always be accommodated.
