- NOTE: Your safety matters. This property features 4 exterior security cameras. Camera 1 is located above the front door monitoring the main entrance. Camera 2 is located on the side of the house facing the driveway. Camera 3 is located on the rear corner of the home facing the deck stairs. Camera 4 is located on the lower-level patio monitoring the rear entrance. These cameras do not look into any interior spaces. The cameras record video and sound when activated by motion
- NOTE: The property is next to Lake Mooney, a Stafford County recreational lake/reservoir. There are only a couple of authorized lake entry points where boats may be put into the water. Any other entry into the lake is at the user's own risk
- NOTE: No swimming is allowed due to the undercurrent created by the pumping station
- NOTE: No gasoline-powered boats are authorized. Battery or electric-powered boats are allowed as well as fishing, canoeing, kayaking, and the like. Accessing the lake from the property is at the user’s risk
- NOTE: This property runs on a septic system, thus it is critical no items (feminine products, paper towels, wipes etc) other than toilet paper be flushed down the toilet
