Absolute gorgeous views

Our host was available for immediate issue and problem solved very swiftly. The layout of the home was very accommodating to a large group and all the floors and rooms had views of the stunning ocean. We loved the seating on both decks as well.

Beautiful home, amazing views and clean!

We had the best time in the beautiful Abacos! This was our families first visit & will definitely not be the last. The home is beautiful, with breathtaking views, clean & very spacious! We are so thankful Gordon was able to change our travel dates last minute! We took the ferry to Hope Town one day and Green Turtle another. Definitely check out Lowe Cay Carts & rent a golf cart ahead of time! We also followed the directions in the welcome book and went to the hidden beach- WOW! We were the only ones there! Our adult kids did some snorkeling and found some beautiful shells. Hit Pete’s pub after the beach- super cool beach bar!! Dinners we enjoyed: The Terrace at Abaco Beach Resort, Snappars, Wallys & Jib Room. Thank you again for a memorable stay!! Until next time!

Caribbean Paradise

We came to Watercolors for a week to celebrate my mom's 80th birthday! We were blown away by the whole stay. We had 7 people and the house lived so easily and comfortable. The view from the porch will forever be a core memory for us all. The kitchen had everything we needed. The sheets were all so comfortable I felt like I was sleeping in my own bed. Plenty of towels for the beach and pool. Proximity to the Jib Room was amazing for anyone who may want a night cap (or 3 ;) The beach decor was just the perfect touch without being overdone. We are already looking into trying to come back next June. Gordon was super easy to communicate with and responded to all our needs. I highly recommend this perfect paradise! Thank you!!!

Beautiful Location

The property is nice overall. Well appointed for when you’re cooking at home. We rented the full downstairs part and my husband and I stayed in the king room with the kitchenette. My only complaint was the condition of the bathroom in that room as well as the privacy vertical blinds. On the other side with the two king bedrooms and the bunk room, the bathrooms were very nice. On “our” side the shower fixtures were pitted and the tiles broken. The privacy shades in the room are broken from their clips and although we found the vertical panels inside the closet we were not able to attach them, therefore, had absolutely no privacy in our bedroom the entire week we stayed there. Overall it was a wonderful stay. If they could fix those small things I would give it 5 stars.

Family Abaco Boating Vacation

Pulling up to the house for the first time, the view was better than the pictures. The check in process was easy and seamless. The house was well equipped for a week long stay. We traveled with two families and had 5 kids total with us. We rented the entire property and had more than enough space for everyone. The view from two porches were amazing, great for sunrise and sunset. The kids enjoyed the ability to snorkel right off the house and the short walk down to Mermaid Reef for incredible snorkeling. Boating was our main activity this trip and the houses proximity to the Marsh Harbor Marina and Jib Room Restaurant was one of the big selling points for us. If you plan on having a boat with you this is a great house, the marina is directly across the street and is extremely convenient and the Jib Room Restaurant was a great option for an easy dinner after a long day in the sun. One night while on the island the power went out and the generator did not kick on, but after a phone call to Carl, he had the problem resolved with 30 minutes. Overall this was a week that our kids will never forget and I would recommend this property for anyone traveling with a group or large family.

LOCATION: For beauty, tranquility and access to all that the Abaco Cays have to offer. This home sits on Pelican Shores peninsula between the harbor and the sea and directly on Mermaid reef. The best of both worlds, Hopetown and Guana and the Cays are minutes away by boat and add the convenience of shopping, dining and being so close to everything,
PROPERTY: This home was totally after hurricane Dorian completed in September 2022. High quality furnishings, appliances and linens. Watercolors was built and furnished witht he very best of everything.
ACTIVITIES: Sailing, snorkeling, diving, fishing, paddle boarding ....relaxing, island hopping, Tahiti Beach, Firefly, Grabbers, Nippers, swim with the pigs, feed the Rays, Pete;s Pub and Gallery and so much more.
