Beach Front Condo with Endless Ocean Views from EVERY room. Recently renovated with all the amenities you need to have the perfect paradise experience. For the Foodies, the unit offer a Full Chef’s Kitchen which includes All-Clad Pots and Pans, Ninja Blender, Dishwasher amongst many other things. For those looking to enjoy the beach, we have 4 beach chairs, coolers and beach games/toys for both children and adults.

Condo features rooftop pool with breathtaking 360 views of the area.

The space:

-A/c throughout the unit.

-Washer and dryer in unit

- Security Safe in unit

- Amazon Echo for Music

- Cable TV and Roku Stick in every room

- Pack n Play Crib with additional comfort mattress available for those traveling with infants.

- Rental includes a private parking spot within the confines of the building.

Please note we have a security camera located at the entrance to our unit used to monitor access to the condo. It is right outside the entrance door and monitors the public area around the elevator/hallway. We allow a maximum of 4 guests. You will be charged $100 per person per night if there are more than 4 people spending the night. We also allow a maximum of 6 people in the unit during the day. Parties are strictly forbidden.

The neighborhood:

- Located right on El Alambique Beach, one of the most travelled to beaches in Puerto Rico, and is a short walk to Pine Grove beach.

-Building is walking distance to hotels (El San Juan Hotel, Ritz Carlton and Intercontinental), Restaurants, Shopping and Nightlife

- Condado and Old San Juan are a short 15 min drive away.

- While a rental car is recommended for families looking to explore the island and all it has to offer, you can easily get around via Uber or walking.

This is my fifth stay at this property. Need I say more? Not only is the condo nicely decorated, clean and comfortable but Will, the owner is the best host I have encountered.

Sweet getaway

This condo is at a perfect location. The beach is right at the front door and gave beautiful views from the balcony. Host was amazing and offered all that you need!

Home away from home

I have stayed at several rental properties in PR and NOTHING compares to this unit. My family lives in PR so I visit often and all my stays in this apartment have been wonderful. The views, ocean sounds, furnishings and location make it an ideal place to stay. Will, the owner, is extremely efficient, pleasant and can be easily contacted.

Location, location, location!!

Great location! The view was spectacular and within walking distance to great restaurants and attractions. Only drawback is the noise, more of a city feel than private oasis. Overall we had a blast and would definitely recommend it.

Spring Break

The property was beautifully decorated and by far the most equipped rental property kitchen I have stayed at. Loved that they provided beach chairs and we all felt the mattresses were very comfortable.

Cozy and Relaxing

We had the best time here! Wish we had booked longer, the space was very clean. Plenty of beach towels and chairs. Host was responsive and helpful with any questions. Perfect place to stay for a getaway. Tucked away from all the tourist areas and walking distance to nearby grocery stores and restaurants.

Fantastic!

Can’t say enough great things about Will and his condo. The pictures represent accurately. It’s a perfect location - on the water, near the airport, and walking distance to grocery. We didn’t rent a car the whole time we were there and used Uber when needed.

Lovely beachfront condo

Awesome place to stay with the family. Assigned parking! Washer and dryer! Rooftop pool! Great location! Building was super quiet. Welcome letter with great recommendations. Easy check-in and out. Comfortable beds! We are planning a return trip and we are hopeful the condo is available!

Second time around

This is my second time in this condo and I liked it even more now. It was spotless, nicely decorated and very comfortable. The view is spectacular and being a corner unit means there’s a view from every room. The gated parking is a great amenity I can’t wait to come back a third time. Will is an outstanding host.

Beautiful, clean, bright condo in a great location

We had a great time. The condo is just as pictured- bright, clean and right on the beach. The location is safe and central and great to experience San Juan in a more immersive way rather than sticking to more touristy Condado or Old Town, which are just 10-15 min drive away. It was really nice to sit on the balcony and enjoy the views. The beach is fantastic and readily accessible. The owner thoughtfully provides beach chairs, beach toys etc in the condo. William was very responsive and we had excellent communication before and through our stay.

Loved our Vacation!

The pictures of this condo were accurate, very modern, up to date, clean & beautiful! The views from this condo are breath taking, you can hear the ocean while lying in bed at night, in the main bedroom even with the windows closed. The host, Will, was awesome too. He gave helpful information on activities, places to see, things to do, rental car, & restaurant information, & much more, all of which were very helpful things to know for our first trip here. The roof top pool with the view of the island was amazing. This has been my families favorite place that we have been on vacation so far! It truly was perfect & we will be back. I hope when we return this condo is available because we loved it so much! .

Wonderful

Stayed here to enjoy Christmas and had an absolute fabulous time. The apartment is exactly as described and as presented in the pictures. Fantastic views, clean and all the amenities to be comfortable and self sufficient in case you want to cook at home. The instructions were very clear, which made checking in and out super easy. Communications with the host were expedient and helpful. I can highly recommend this place when you want a location that provide all the comforts of modern living, while having easy access to the beach and all the shops and restaurants San Juan has to offer.

Everything You Need

Better than the pictures, we loved loved loved our stay here. The condo was completely updated and clean. There were snacks and drinks upon arrival. The kitchen had every appliance you could possibly need and laundry which is HUGE when on a beach vacay with kids. Absolutely read the check in instructions and check out the pictures of the lock box. We arrived at night and I had those pictures handy which was only reason we were able to figure out the keys! Beds were comfy, balcony and view are to die for. Incredible location right on Isla Verde beach. We would absolutely rent again!!!!

Perfect location and amenities

The condo is absolutely immaculate with one of the best views on the island right from your balcony. Every amenity has been considered from high-end appliances and a well-stocked kitchen to bath/beach towels, and beach chairs. Additionally, there were plenty of trash bags, paper towels, TP, dish/laundry detergent etc for use. If you’ve stayed in many vrbo’s then you know that’s unusual. You are walking distance to many restaurants and feel very safe in the surrounding area. We easily used Ubers to travel to San Juan and all over the island thus did not rent a car and felt no need to. Big tip- don’t miss the sunset view from the rooftop pool- it is magnificent! The owner/manager is responsive and helpful. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Beautiful Ocean view and Paradise

Me and my husband stayed here and loved every minute of it. The pictures looked just like the place did in real time. accessing the condo was very easy. being right on the beach was great, if I had to say anything negative it would just be that the water pressure in the shower is not too strong and the hot water in the shower is not very hot if you like really hot water but other than that that is the only thing I can say, the place is extremely beautiful. The owner of the condo was very helpful. There is everything that you would need in the condo. The bed is so comfortable the pillows and the comforter I wanted to take the whole bed home with me, that is how comfortable it was. The view is amazing from the balcony and to wake up and hear the sound of the ocean every morning was amazing. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone and I would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful Views, Clean, Comfortable Condo

After a horrendous travel day, we arrived to the condo around 3:30 am. When we walked in, it was clean, welcoming and felt very homey. We all sank into our super comfy beds and had a great night sleep. Will included lots of extras in his condo, a basket of snacks, laundry soap, beach chairs, beach toys, amazing All-Clad cookware that this novice chef truly enjoyed using! Our host Will, was very responsive and went above and beyond when we accidentally locked our keys in our rental car a few miles from the condo. He helped us locate a locksmith and we were back in business. The condo location is nice, it’s a bit off the main drag which quiet, however, the beach directly in front of it was a bit rocky with not much beach frontage. (Not the fault of the host, more so Mother Nature). There’s a fantastic food truck parked right in front of the condo that was some of the best food we ate while we were in town! Definitely check it out! Our only drawbacks to the condo-it’s close to the airport and the planes can be loud at times and as a family of four, we would have loved a couple additional bath towels. (We got 4 for the week). We worked around it just fine and utilized the washer/dryer daily! We loved our stay and would highly recommend it!

Amazing place

A little bit of paradise

If I could give this listing 6 stars I would. It was much more than I expected! It was beautifully decorated, immaculate, comfortable and offered spectacular views from all rooms. I loved sitting on the balcony watching the ocean, sky and the outline of San Juan. It comes with a parking spot which is essential in San Juan and it is a gated building so I felt very safe. The owner, Will, went out of his way to make my stay perfect and he achieved it. Thanks Will for a lovely stay. I can't wait to return.

Beyond Perfect!!!!

Let me start off by saying that Will was an amazing host from the very beginning! He made sure to call and text me to make sure everything was in good order. The condo is immaculate! The condo was so clean and very well decorated. The views are to die for. Everything you need to feel at home was provided! The rooftop pool was also a big bonus. I can't wait to come back next summer and stay here again! Will, thank you again for allowing us to enjoy your beautiful place.

Perfect location, beautiful apartment, thoughtful host

We loved our stay. The apartment is a corner unit with a georgeous view of the ocean. The apartment was immaculate, beautifully decorated, and had everything we could possibly need. The location was convenient - right on a beautiful beach, and close to all the places we wanted to go. There was a 24-hour grocery store within walking distance, and ubers were affordable and readily available if we didn't want to drive. The host provided a detailed write-up of how to access everything. We all left wishing that we could make this trip at least annually. It was truly wonderful.
