Estamos ubicados en la avenida Isla Verde. A 3 minutos del aeropuerto SJU (Aeropuerto Internacional Luis Muñoz Marín). Todo esta a un paso de distancia caminando. Al otro lado de la calle tenemos Walgreens y Charlie's Car Rental. Hoteles y casinos como San Juan Resort, Ritz Carlton, Intercontinental, Water & Beach Club, muchos restaurantes y bares a pocos minutos a pie de nosotros. Alquiler de deportes acuáticos disponibles en primera línea de playa; Alquiler de bicicletas cerca de nosotros. Parada de autobús justo en frente del edificio, transporte público. Hermosas playas y el clima perfecto todo el año!

There was a good view of the beach, but the building in front of the building obstructed a direct view. The beach was beautiful and easy access. The host was very responsive to our needs and fixed any issues that we had. The location of this property was ideal.

The location was the best part of this stay. The security didn't want us to use our assigned parking spot even though I had it in writing that it was our spot. The host answered inly two of our phone calls and then ignored us. The power was out to half the unit when we arrived which meant we had to reset the circuit breakers to the unit even though housekeeping had just left. The doors are not aligned properly and we could not shut the front door or the hall bathroom door all the way. My 80 year old mother was trapped in the bathroom because the door was stuck and she could not open the door. There is no central A/C. There are A/C portable units in each room. They are noisy and keep you awake. This unit could use some serious TLC and a deep cleaning. The floors were filthy.

Hop, Skip, and a Step from Paradise

The VRBO's location, amenities, and access, were amazing. It was at a great central location that allowed us to go about our vacation casually and come back to rest and recharge. The beach was less than a 5 minute walk and there were plenty of rentals available for chairs, umbrellas, towels, etc! Our hosts communicated with us regularly and responded extremely quickly. A definite 10/10 WOULD 100% RECOMMEND!

This property was perfect for me and my family (5) adults. Everyone was comfortable. The a/c units worked perfect during the time of our stay. The location and the view of this unit was perfect. The security staff were nice. Even other guests and/or residents were very friendly. Didn’t have any issues during my stay. 5 star!! Thank you.

Disappointing Stay – Would Not ReturnOur stay at this property was frustrating from start to finish. The AC was broken when we arrived, even though we were told it would be fixed. It wasn’t addressed until the next day, and the temporary units were poorly installed, leaving most of the home hot and uncomfortable.The master bathroom shower head kept falling — it actually hit my husband — and the hot water was inconsistent. While the bedrooms had curtains, they were paper-thin and didn’t block any light, making it impossible to sleep past sunrise.There were also strict rules we weren’t told about ahead of time, including a 10 PM noise ordinance and no drinks allowed by the pool — not even water. It felt more like staying in a rule-heavy facility than a relaxing vacation rental.Poor communication, misleading amenities, and a lack of comfort made this a stay I wouldn’t recommend.

The apartment was clean and my family felt safe. Check in was easy enough. Building security/door person was nice. Air conditioning didn’t seem to be a problem. The apartment had the essentials. One of the bathrooms door knob kept locking itself (afraid of being locked inside bathroom). The pocket door on the other bathroom was very heavy. There’s Walgreens across the street and a supermarket in walking distance for anything you need. Walmart is a short drive away. We really didn’t cook as we were out most of the time. Victor was easier to get a hold of than Yari but that’s fine. We would definitely stay here again as it was mainly for sleeping, showering and resting between activities. Parking was good as long as you don’t have a large vehicle. Altogether a nice apartment. No issues that would make or break whether we’d go back.

It was as advertised. Could have used paper towels, napkins and dish towels perhaps a ice tray or two. that being said we enjoyed our stay. ty

Amazing 4 Day Get Away

Had a great time with my daughter and some of our friends. Property conveniently located near the airport and the beach and pool was our backyard. Different vendors on the beach selling anything and everything you need for a great beach day. Will be back next year to take a break from the cold weather here in MA.

Neglected

Hate to give bad reviews but for what I paid for the communication with the owners was horrible. Called the owner around 330pm to see if the place was ready to check in and was told he would call me back, but never did. Once I checked in after 4pm there were issues with the lock to the front and never really got fixed. The sliding door to the master bedroom fell on me once I opened it. I informed the owner to the property of those issues and he never replied back to me! Don’t except high customer service!!!

Beach Front

Being so close to the beach was the best thing! Having a designated parking spot, feeling safe at the complex, 2 bedrooms, nice pool, amenities in the apt and location were all what made this a great place to stay. Not every nook and cranny of the apt was spotless (dusty and had an odor in the drawers), there was an issue with lighting in the smaller bedroom, but overall a decent worth the money place to stay. We didn’t like the restaurants that were in walking distance bc they seemed dingy but we had a rental car which made a big difference. I recommend a rental car. Amenities we liked in the apt were having enough towels, beach toys, uno, and the flashlights for going onto the beach at night. Those little things were nice. A lot of the stuff on the balcony needs thrown out (old chairs and old toys). The noise from the neighboring restaurant fans/ac units was annoying and loud when sitting on the balcony but you get used to it. The view of the beach is partially blocked by and another building but it’s not as bad bc you can still see it decent enough. We would recommend this place and are thankful for the memories we made in PR.

Convenient Location

The only slight drawback was the master bedroom bathroom door which was very difficult to close and probably needs to be replaced. Other than that the host was very responsive, the amenities are nice the unit was clean and the location is ideal. Would definitely stay here again!

Listed as a non smoking property but people were smoking cigarettes and weed.Nice clean condo but the air conditioning units across from us were very loud and that building was under renovations, machine noise not pleasant. Nice beach to hang out

Great location

Great location and the host was kind to let us in an hour before check-in time. We were four guys visiting so we needed four beds. The sofa beds are extremely uncomfortable. And the listing balcony pictures do not show the full view from the balcony. There is a building in front of the balcony that blocks the ocean view. That being said you have the left side corner where u do see the ocean. Overall, it was a good clean equipped condo. Just wanted to make that clear.

Did not meet expectations

The location is great as just minutes from the beach, stores and restaurants. Unfortunately the condo needs updating. It was not entirely as described. There was no air conditioning the entire time we were there and no hair dryer. The couch was stained and the refrigerator was very dirty with mold along the gaskets. The vents were loaded with dust. We reached out to the owners about the AC and they were responsive suggesting we reset the breakers and if that did not work they’d send in a technician.This did not help and late day two after we returning from a day out we asked for the technician. The next day a family member came and fiddled with the thermostat as they could not get a tech in as it was MLK Jr day. The morning we were leaving, they sent in a tech unannounced. We asked him to come back after check out and he said he only would need 5 minutes which turned into a half hour. When a family member showed up, we asked them to leave so we could finish preparing to leave the condo. We did not appreciate the intrusion to our last morning. The owners did credit us a small partial refund for the ac issue.

Property Was As Puctured

Overall the property was very nice and met our needs. Checkin was a little challenging but was due more to my inability to speak and understand Spanish or accent than issues with checkin.One hair dryer did not work so we shared the one that did work.Location to the beach was great and could rent chairs and umbrellas on the beach for a reasonable price.Overall would recommend this rental and would stay here again.

Beautiful beach

The beach is beautiful and easy access from the property. We were somewhat disappointed though with the condo. The A/C did not work properly during our stay. Was just blowing air but not cool. The owner responded quickly, however, his suggestion didn't fix the problem.
