This beautiful villa has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a spacious living and dining area with an integrated kitchen. It offers enough space for 6 people on around 1829 sqft. 2 bedrooms are each equipped with a king size bed, the 3rd bedroom with a queen size bed. In both bathrooms you will find a walk-in shower.
The large, south-facing terrace guarantees undisturbed sunny days and pure holiday enjoyment. The electrically heated pool with whirlpool invites you to relax and unwind. The covered seating area with gas grill is ideal for sociable BBQ evenings. Comfortable sun loungers are also available for you.
The private boat dock is directly behind the house. Here you can moor your rented boat and easily start your own day trips. The villa has an optimal location in the southwest of Cape Coral. It is located directly on a canal that allows you to reach the Gulf of Mexico in a very short time by boat. Furthermore, the villa is very quiet and yet centrally located. Shops, supermarkets and numerous restaurants are nearby. Banks and petrol stations as well as golf courses and tennis courts can also be reached in a short time.
Electric is not included and will be charged by actual consumption and must be paid on site at check-out.
The Villa also has 2 bicycles if you want to explore the area by bike.
Refresh while lounging by the pool, soaking up the Florida sun on the beaches of Sanibel Island and Fort Myers Beach, or exploring Cape Coral's 400+ miles of canals by boat.
Smoking is not permitted in this villa.
Out of consideration for allergy sufferers, pets are not allowed. No exceptions.
On site you will be looked after by our bilingual property management in German or English.
We provide our guests with a small starter pack when they move in. However, we expressly point out that we generally do not provide garbage bags, toilet paper, dishwasher tabs, kitchen roll, soap or similar consumables, for the duration of the stay.
