Why they chose this property

Our FULLY RENOVATED condo is perfect for a family get away, located on Anastasia Island with the intra-coastal one block to the west and crescent beach one block east. Once your tired from spending the day at the beach or boating you can cool off in the pool!

What makes this property unique

We have direct access to Green Rd boat ramp and on site boat parking available for the fisherman out there! If fishing isn't your sport of choice we have pickle ball, shuffle board, corn hole, tennis courts and of course the pool!
