Ocean front 2nd Floor w/ocean views from Living Room and Master Bedroom.

Enjoy stunning sunrises and sunsets. If you're looking for amazing ocean views and easy beach access, this is it! Ocean views are so close you feel like you're sitting on the beach. Take in the sounds of the ocean as you gaze at the rolling waves and beautiful ocean right from the condo. Townhouse layout allows quiet mornings downstairs for early risers while upstairs provides quiet mornings to sleep in for a bit or gives separate space for the night owls of your group.

After an amazing day, this property has a unique view of sunsets too! The best of both worlds sunrise and sunset. Ocean sunrises without leaving the condo and sunsets right outside front door on upper deck. The deck includes tables and chairs for a relaxing evening drink and sunset view.

Kitchen: Downstairs - granite countertop kitchen, bar seating, dining nook. Kcup coffee pot.

Living room: Downstairs - wrap-around couch, flat-screen TV, and dining nook right off from open kitchen floor plan.

Master bedroom: Upstairs- king-size bed, flat screen TV, large closet, enjoy sunrise ocean views without moving from the cozy bed.

2nd bedroom: Upstairs: 2 full beds w/flat screen TV.

Bathrooms: 2 full bathrooms (1 full bath downstairs w/shower, 2nd full bathroom upstairs with tub/shower combo).

Condo Access: 2nd-floor condo with ocean views from living room downstairs and master bedroom upstairs, 2nd bedroom views of intercoastal. This is a 2nd-floor unit stair access (no elevator). All rooms have a flat-screen TV.

Beach access: Beach access is so easy, a few steps away from the oceanfront pool. No long boardwalk. The pool is ocean front so hop from pool to beach easily.

Amenities: Pool + kiddie pool, tennis courts, gas grill, horseshoe pit, sunset viewing deck.

Laundry: Pickup/drop off wash, dry & fold. No need to do laundry on vacation! However, commercial coin w/d available onsite. No washer/dryer in unit. Valet laundry service can be arranged (additional fee). Come enjoy Nights of Lights, over 3 million lights in historical St. Augustine (Nov -Jan )

Check-in was extremely easy, the kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, utensils and appliances. The second floor bedrooms had comfortable beds with a great view from the master. The kids loved the ocean and pool.

Perfect location

We absolutely loved our stay in St. Augustine. The beaches were not crowded, it was a short drive into town and to local attractions. It was a very peaceful vacation. The condo was clean and so close to the beach. We plan to return soon! Highly recommend!

We had an excellent stay. The condo was stocked with everything we needed (pots, pans, utensils, etc.) and the space was clean and inviting. LaDonna was a wonderful host and communicated information about the condo and area prior to our arrvial. She was also very quick to answer any questions I had during our stay. The condo is close to the pool and beach and has an incredible view of both. We had a great trip and would love to stay here again!

This property is excellent and in great condition. It was very clean and well kept. It has a good view of the beach. We had an issue with upstairs toilet, but it was fixed within an hour after contacting the owner. I was impressed.

Beautiful beach retreat

This condo had a beautiful ocean view and excellent access to a fantastic walkable beach. Close to many popular attractions but quiet and relaxing. The condo itself was very comfortable and clean.

My husband and I moved to St Augustine about 14 years ago. He has family in the area and fond memories of visiting as a child. We love to be on or in the water. We have 2 kids who love the beach and my husband would fish every day if he could. So, this condo was perfect for us. We find the sunsets quite relaxing and my husband paints them as a hobby. Our kids play tennis and we play as a family, so we love that there are tennis courts with pickle ball too. We live locally so not too far away and easily available.

It's hard to beat the easy beach access. Before purchasing Crescent Sandpiper we scouted the area for the perfect spot, a few steps to the stand without a long walk or boardwalk to the beach was a true winner for us. The views from the condo make you feel like you're sitting on the beach. I love that the pool is oceanside, my kids always want to bounce from beach to pool and this makes access so easy. I guess you could say we just love Crescent Sandpiper, hope you'll love it too.

The sunset party deck and oceanside pool just make for a very relaxing vacation. The kiddie pool is a plus if you have a small ones. Easy quick beach access. The layout of the townhouse really gives you a home feel. Easy access all around for a perfect vacation.
