Con un'ottima posizione su Savannah Street, questo cottage con 2 camere da letto con torre extra per dormire offre comfort, classe e convenienza con la sua posizione privilegiata sul mare a soli 4 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia con il padiglione privato di Savannah Street e proprio accanto al Seaside Swim e Il nuovo centro fitness Tennis Club e Seaside.

Le doppie camere matrimoniali QUEEN di Coquina sono state recentemente rinnovate nell'estate 2016 con tutti i nuovi letti! Entrambi sono molto spaziosi con armadi privati, HDTV a schermo piatto da 32 "montato e ognuno ha il proprio accesso privato a un balcone esterno in comune! Queste camere condividono uno dei due bagni completi solo con doccia.

I portici a doppia galleria ti rinfrescano con ventilatori a soffitto, bilancieri, altalena e sedie Adirondack. La torre al terzo piano offre un'opzione di 3a camera da letto completa di nuovissimo divano letto con rotelle per dormire comodamente 2. La torre è accessibile da una normale scala che lo rende uno spazio per dormire aggiuntivo meraviglioso e il posto migliore per godere della vista sul mare e sul Golfo. Apri le portefinestre della torre, esci su uno dei due ponti e osserva il tramonto.

Al livello principale, Coquina offre un soggiorno aperto con divano-letto estraibile, HDTV / Blue Ray a schermo piatto 46 ", persiane per piantagioni e posti a sedere aggiuntivi. Sempre al primo piano si trova una cucina completamente attrezzata, sala da pranzo con 6 posti a sedere e il secondo bagno completo con solo doccia.

Fuori dalla porta sul retro c'è una doccia esterna e una griglia che puoi condividere con il cottage degli ospiti, creolo.

Excellent stay in Seaside!

We enjoyed our 5-day trip to Seaside the week after Christmas. The location of Coquina is perfect, close to the square, quiet, and next to the fitness center. Good size bedrooms, bathrooms, main room, and dining area. Having 2 bicycles was fun!

Nice stay, everything was as advertise. House was clean, in good condition and worked well for our needs. Easy walk to the village. Only one problem, with the Bike codes, but property manager did best they could to solve. Would recommend to others.

Wonderful and Cozy

This property was exactly what we needed for a nice get away! It’s not the fanciest of houses, but who needs that when you’ve got all of Seaside to explore with wonderful beaches and pools to occupy your time! The rooms were spacious, the AC was perfect, kitchen was big enough for our needs! Would highly recommend for anyone just needing a get away for a few days and a relaxing place to lay your head at night!

Week in Coquina

This house was perfect for my husband, my daughter, and me. It was so close to the covered family pool and the playground, and an easy little walk to the beach and to downtown Seaside. The beds were super comfy, the kitchen was well equipped, the showers were hot, and the whole house just felt cozy. We loved going up to the third floor tower to read books or to have a drink at sunset. We knew very little about Seaside when we booked our stay, and the whole place exceeded our expectations. We all agreed we would love to come back again.

How to run a property management company

This was our 2nd time using sandpiper vacation rentals to book our seaside stay, and we were impressed once again from start to finish. Professional and knowledgeable. Efficient yet thorough. Their booking staff, greeters, cleaning crews, etc are all top notch in our opinion. The home, conquina, was the perfect amount of space. We loved the porches and the location. We will absolutely book through sandpiper vacation rentals again and would be pleased to stay in coquina as well.

Great house!

We stayed at Coquina this fall and had such a great time in this cottage and in Seaside- what a quaint and fun little beach town! The weather could not have been more PERFECT. The home has plenty of outdoor decking space to lounge and the 2 main bedrooms are large with comfy beds!! Even the upstairs day bed/trundle was comfortable and could have easily been a third place to sleep if needed! The kitchen is well stocked, clean and the decore is cute! We were steps away from 2 of the pools which was a big plus and an easy walk to the beach and shops in Seaside! We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend!

the perfect family respite

We really enjoyed our time together as a family during our Coquina stay. It feels like a relaxed beach retreat and is convenient to the beach, family pools, fitness center, and the shops. We enjoyed being at the end of the street, it was easy to go into the heart of Seaside or easily go elsewhere without having to get into the busier areas. Thanks, we'd love to stay here again.

Amazing Beach vacation

We spent a wonderful week at Seaside staying in this comfortable relaxing cottage. The cottage is perfectly situated an easy 3 blocks to the Savannah pavillion and beach access. Coquina was perfectly suited for all of our needs. A great family room and breakfast nook, very accessible kitchen and wonderfully spacious bedrooms and bathrooms. The first floor porch with the chairs and porch swing are comfortable to relax and dry off after a day at the beach or the pool. The second floor porch is perfect for an early breakfast or an evening meal. The Tower room was our favorite! We spent many mornings and afternoons relaxing on the futon reading books or reminiscing about our day and our evenings were spent Stargazing! The cottage provided 2 bikes for our use and we were able to rent an additional bike for our son. The bike trail along the road is very convenient to get to neighboring towns to explore. We were amazed and pleased at how many families enjoyed to bike around the town as well. The cottage is very close to the adult pool and athletic center and only a short walk to the family pool and playground. The larger pool in Seaside was also a very comfortable walk away (especially when you are admiring all of the other lovely cottages in Seaside). We loved taking advantage of all of the amenities included with our stay. Playing Shuffleboard brought me back to my childhood! The restaurants in town offered a wide variety of options, our favorites were the walk up food trucks. The Shrimp Shack has a great Pavilion overlooking the beach and is a great place to watch the sunset! Modica Market also offers specialty foods as well as ingredients for "make dinner at home" nights. Plus, we found the Publix Market an easy few miles away, either by car or bike! A must not miss is the REP theater performances! We caught the play James and The Giant Peach at the center of town ampitheater, but our favorite was seeing the Hound of the Baskervilles one evening! Amazing performance!! Funny, excellent actors, great stage and seating for such a small town!! A wonderful vacation!! We are already dreaming of our next visit to Seaside!

Great Home - Great Location

We just returned from a wonderful week's vacation in beautiful Seaside, and can't wait to go back. Our party of six adults and young adults slid right in to the comforts and amenities of this wonderful home. Plenty of personal and public spaces, including the great porches. Breakfast, coffee and heat-of-the-day breaks were usually spent on one of the Adirondack chairs or the swing. Got to meet Helen (owner) who was staying in their twin cottage next door. Nice, Nice, Nice.
