Summer Family Vacation

We have rented for the second time. House is perfect in every way. Great location, plenty of room for all ages. Well stocked with everything you need for a fantastic week at the beach! Hosts are available and easy to communicate with. Would highly recommend !

Amazing week next to the Beech!

Fantastic property with a huge game room and downstairs living and bedrooms! Great outdoor space with a perfect yard. Cross the street and in a few minutes walk you are at an amazing sand beech! Cannot say enough about how great our vacation was. We will be returning next year.

Great Rental - Great hosts

This is a great rental. Our family vacation (age 10 mth to 85 yrs) had a wonderful week. Very nicely located to OOB, the beach, restaurants etc. Loved the quick short walk to the beach and the ease of catching the troley!

Pine point beach rental

The pictures did not do justice to this home. Better than expected. Everyone had privacy and space yet the communal areas accomodated our group with room to spare. Clean and well appointed. I would highly recommend this rental.

Great stay in Maine

The home is ideally situated. It is so close to the beach. There are amusements and great dining within a few short minutes. The home itself is roomy, bright and modern. We enjoyed all the owners offered...the firepit, the large yard, the convenient outdoor shower, the beach toys, the nice sized kitchen and dining area, and the upstairs game room. In our group of 11, our ages ranged 6 to 69 and everyone loved the home. the owners did not overlook any details!

New Years at the Ocean

Great property at a great location. We were just steps away from the beach, spent every sunrise on the beach. The adults and kids had a fabulous time. I really appreciated being able to bring my dog along. The home was spacious and beautiful, lots to do. Fantastic place to spend new years with activities at the ocean. I recommend this property to families any time of year. :)

All in the family

This place was the absolute best place I have ever rented! House is adorable, clean, well stocked and a 3 minute walk to a beautiful beach. Location is convenient to everything. We were an extended family. Grandparents, kids, teens and a baby. Plenty of sleeping options and TVs everywhere I enjoyed morning coffee on the front porch and cocktails on the back patio. Definately a 10 out of 10!!!!

Beautiful location

Overall very pleased with house. Had everything we needed. Slight problem with ants that owner addressed on outside of home. Could not address inside due to severe allergies of grandchild. Steps to the ocean. Spent most of our time at beach.

Wonderful Home for Large Family/Group

We had our family reunion at this wonderful home. It accommodated all of us, with room for more if needed. The house had a cute beach theme design and was super clean. For not being right on the beach, it was darn near close to that. The beach access was right across the street. Easy walk to feel the sand in your toes. I’d highly recommend this house to host gatherings. Everyone felt like they had their own space and weren’t on top of each other. Also, there was a fun game room that was a hit for the kids and adults.

about our stay

Home was very accommodating as well as the host. We were informed that previous guests had left the home a disaster and we appreciated the heads up. There were very minor indications of this evident, but nothing that affected our stay. We enjoyed views of the ocean from the home and could hear the waves crashing. The home was perfect for our stay. We were able to prepare meals for 7 and sit down at the dining room table together. Only suggestion I have would be a request for bedside lamps or end table lamps for reading and a guide book for easy access to nearby restaurants and attractions.

We hope to return in future summers!

Our extended family had a fabulous beach vacation week here. The house was well set up for hosting all of us, and the hosts were incredibly accommodating, helpful, and responsive. Being so close to the beach and having a game room at the house made it really easy for our family with little kids to still optimize our beach time... getting out there every morning and running back to play ping pong or board games until the rain passed, made us feel like any of the lackluster weather days were no big deal, which is a real gift. The beach is also a treasure... it can be a bit of a shot in the dark to rent a place on a beach we are unfamiliar with, but the sand was clean, the waves were perfect for playing in, it was never too crowded to run around with a frisbee (even on a sunny weekend day), and the water was warm enough for our kids to swim in all day even on the cooler, overcast days. The house has such an array of beach equipment and toys, it's really unnecessary to haul any of your own beach gear if you have kids. (Chairs, carts to pull everything, digging toys, paddle ball set, umbrellas, beach tent, frisbees, and so many other things we didn't even peak at.) It's also on a dead end, which was nice for our kids to bike around in. Having the beach and ample space for our family to gather or spread out in the house made us mostly enjoy our time right at the rental, but there is also so much to do in the surrounding area. I cannot recommend this place enough.
