Four story camp with an open floor plan, custom cabinetry, granite counters, stainless steel app, Bamboo wood floors, travertine tile, gas fireplace, surround sound, and more...First floor hosts Kitchen/Living/Breakfast/Wet Bar (with drink drawers/ice maker) and Master Suite, Master bedroom is 13½x13½ with private balcony for sunset viewing, master bath has separate toilet room/tiled shower/6' whirlpool tub/surround sound/granite counters. Second level features a junior suite14½x17' with bamboo floors, private bath and balcony , a utility closet with full size washer/drier, 2 other bedrooms: carpet that mimics sisal carpeting, 2 full baths (shower and tub/shower) Balcony shared by both bedrooms. Spiral stair case to the third floor with 6 bunk's and a 1/2 bath (may be converted to full bath). Large main deck for sunning, boiling and BBQing; Below camp is a huge 16’x29’ screened in porch with outdoor kitchen, storage and ½ bath. Finally there is lots of parking, fish cleaning table. Only camp in marina with propane for hot water heaters and stove! Newly installed luggage elevator!! Fresh paint inside and out!

Great property and owners!

The owners were very easy to reach from the time of booking until after we checked out. The house was exactly as seen in the pictures. Our group really enjoyed the swings and picnic tables dockside, along with the fish cleaning station right beside it. Highly recommended. Will stay here again.

Thanksgiving fishing trip

The camp was generally nice. The location would've actually been better suited for summer fishing rather than winter fishing. What was our biggest disappointment was that both of the boat slips were already being used for the owners' boats. When I re-read the description I saw that they never mentioned boat slips so the mistake was mine. I've rented camps in Cocodrie for the past five years and have never had this issue. A camp on the water generally has the boat slips available for the renters. So that's what any future renters need to take into consideration.
