Gorgeous condo right on Front Beach Road! Host was quick to respond to any messages! Condo was clean! Rooftop balcony was so nice with breathtaking views of the beach and sunsets! Definitely would book this if we ever find ourselves in PCB again!

Great Girls Weekend

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My Pleides Girls celebrated our 20th year of Girls Weekends with a beach destination. The Origin 1601 was a great and affordable place for us to spread out, and spend time together. We loved having our coffee on the roof, chatting in the living room, preparing meals in the kitchen, and spending time at the beach and at the pool when we wanted less sun and sand :). Everything was clean, and as described. The building is also well-maintained, but the elevators are a bit concerning... One of them often had an alarm/phone calls coming in over the intercom, and it was a bit shaky/scary on descent... I do have one additional complaint it is not the fault of Origin at Seahaven, but the unfortunate lack of recycling in Panama City Beach!!! What an absolute heart break to throw so many recyclables into a dumpster :(. I tried to find somewhere to drive it to, but apparently this doesn't exist in PCB--they generate 8 tons of trash daily that goes directly into a landfill!

1. We were never informed about only receiving 2 parking passes with this resort prior to our stay and it is not listed in our signed agreement. 12 people and only 2 parking passes was not enough. We needed 1 more pass. After emailing and speaking with both BlueSwells and The Origin we were very disappointed in the lack of help received on this given it was not our fault for the miss communication. No offer to refund for expense, etc. I would recommend this be listed in your listing from now on. 2. Dryer was not working until we were able to get working again. 3. Overall clean, besides corners with dust and hair. Also, under chairs gross. 4. Our middle room had sand all in the sheets we had to completely remove the sheets. 5. Sinks im bathrooms do not drain very well. 5. Shower water pressure very poor6. Ice maker very slow did not keep up. 7. View was beautiful and perfect location for beach and walking. 8. Parking garage very compact and not very many spots. We had to park outside garage a couple times due to no parking. 9. Pool was very nice! Kids had a wonderful time. 10. Definitely family friendly!! 11. Host answered our phone calls and helpful.

Thank you for sharing your vacation property. It was roomy with excellent space inside and out. Great for our family. Beautiful view of ocean from balcony and common space. Room was on 16th floor. We saw Dolphins swimming while sitting on the balcony. Great location!!

The condo was perfect for our family. We loved the spacious condo and the balcony. We had everything we needed. The kitchen was well stocked and plenty of towels for everyone. We enjoyed our stay here. We had a few issues. Not all were due to anything from Blue Swell. A couple things we wish had been better was the dryer. We had a group of 10 people. We had a lot of laundry to do with all the swimsuits and towels. The dryer wouldn’t dry a single load. We had to put it on for double the time and only a handful of times did it actually dry. We eventually just started putting things outside on the rail to dry in the sun. When mentioned to them, someone was out but he didn’t have a solution other than try drying it on a different setting. Which didn’t help. We had an issue with the air conditioning needing reset. But had prompt response and got it fixed relatively quickly. Thank you for that! One evening, the fire alarms went off and we had to evacuate the building to find out it was a water pump or something. The table needs to be redone. When the air went out it became super sticky and everything was sticking to it so we had to buy a plastic tablecloth just to be able to use it. No big deal, but would have been more pleasant not having to worry about things sticking. The elevators are a mess. Sometimes it would go smoothly, other times it would skip picking us up and by pass to the 17th floor. We had to take the stairs down a few times. The balcony is massive and has a beautiful view. The space was wonderful for 10 people. Bedrooms need more overhead lighting though. Especially at night. Thanks for having us. We enjoyed our stay!

Spring Break Vacation

First time to the area and we absolutely loved it! The condo was just as described! Everyone enjoyed the view and we even got to enjoy the jets flying overhead! The heated pool was great to have since we only got to go to the ocean one day with every other day having double red flags! The staff was extremely nice and helpful
