Dream villa in Cape Coral for 8 people, directly on the lake and access to the golf course

Modernly furnished and equipped with the latest technology and entertainment, this villa can accommodate a total of 8 adults.

The spacious entrance leads you directly into the approx. 125 m² large living / kitchen area. The open kitchen is equipped with the most modern electrical appliances and has enough space for all kitchen utensils, the heart of the cook or the cook desires.

In the large living area invites a couch landscape in front of the entertainment center to linger. The 65 "LED TV has Ambiente Mode and is connected to a Sonos-Playbar.

The dinette can accommodate 8 people.

The living / kitchen area separates the two sleeping areas, which each have 2 bedrooms of 20-25 m² in size with full king size beds.

The two bedrooms in the right wing each have their own bathroom with shower / WC and a large closet for clothes. One of the bedrooms is directly connected to the lanai and the pool area via a patio door.

The two bedrooms in the left wing each have their own small bathroom with laundry facilities / WC and a walk-in closet. Through the small hallway both bedrooms are connected to the 18m² master bath. There you can also use the bathtub next to the very spacious shower. The back of the two bedrooms is in turn directly connected via a patio door with the lanai and the pool area.

All bedrooms are equipped with a 42 "LED TV

Both bedroom wings are connected to separate air conditioners, which can be controlled separately. If some of the guests prefer to sleep at higher temperatures than the others, this can be easily organized.

The lanai with a total size of over 50m² offers another dining area for up to 8 people, a Club Lounge with 55 "outdoor TV and an outdoor kitchen with BBQ and fridge.

In front of the lanai is the pool area. Here we have made sure that with a total length of 10 m you can not only splash but also swim a few laps. The saltwater filter system ensures environmentally friendly and healthy safe for crystal clear water. The pool is equipped with a multi-color lighting that can be controlled via the remote control like the switchable heating system.

Special highlight in the pool: If you let the bar stools, which were made specifically for the pool into the water, you can look directly from the pool with a bottle of beer the next Superbowl or simply enjoy the fantastic view from the pool.

To protect our younger guests, you can optionally separate the pool area with a security fence from the lanai.

The separate whirlpool invites you to relax with a glass of bubbly with a direct view of the lake in peace.

Outside there is an additional pool-toilet and an outdoor shower.

By boat (not included) the open sea over the canal is directly accessible without locks.
