🍃 My Happy Place seamlessly blends nature's freedom with city comfort. Take walks, enjoy a riverside picnic, and paddle in canoes. As the sun sets, savor tranquility, telling stories by the fire, indulging in s'mores, and hot cocoa.

🎥 Movie nights on our Smart TV and BBQ sessions add to the endless fun! The Main House boasts an open floor plan, ideal for large families or two smaller ones. Cozy living room, spacious dining area, fully equipped kitchen, queen-size beds, TVs, and a sleeper sofa for flexibility.

🌳 Discover additional seating, a hammock, and space for sports and kids' play. Included are 2 canoes for more family adventures!

🚗 Conveniently located on the Guadalupe River, explore nearby attractions like Schlitterbahn Waterpark, Wonder World Cave, and Animal World & Snake Farm.

🔑 Additional amenities include lightning-fast internet, smart TVs, washer/dryer, and parking.

Note: The entire property is available for rental, accommodating up to 32 people, including the Main House, Airstream trailer, and Bungalow house. Families and age 25+ groups are welcome.
