🍃 My Happy Place seamlessly blends nature's freedom with city comfort. Take walks, enjoy a riverside picnic, and paddle in canoes. As the sun sets, savor tranquility, telling stories by the fire, indulging in s'mores, and hot cocoa.



🎥 Movie nights on our Smart TV and BBQ sessions add to the endless fun! The Main House boasts an open floor plan, ideal for large families or two smaller ones. Cozy living room, spacious dining area, fully equipped kitchen, queen-size beds, TVs, and a sleeper sofa for flexibility.



🌳 Discover additional seating, a hammock, and space for sports and kids' play. Included are 2 canoes for more family adventures!



🚗 Conveniently located on the Guadalupe River, explore nearby attractions like Schlitterbahn Waterpark, Wonder World Cave, and Animal World & Snake Farm.

It's a very beautiful scenic country view. A great stay for family and friends to create memories . The house is very nice and clean with many board games inside. I recommend to everyone and im looking forward to going back!
