Welcome home to Dunlap Cabin, a gorgeous 3-bedroom home perched along the shores of winding Lake Dunlap, your own personal oasis to rest, rejuvenate, and kickstart a lifetime of memories.



Bring the boat along and pull it up to park next to the dock, providing ease of access to and from water-themed adventures. Challenge one another to a cannonball contest into the refreshing waters, allowing the ample Texas sunshine to dry you back off before doing it all over again. If shade is your preference, the home’s covered deck and patio include comfortable outdoor seating for lounging as well as dining, and the grill master among you will delight in the options for creating authentic barbeque feasts between the grill and smoker.



Just 15 minutes from the home, the Schlitterbahn Waterpark, one of the world’s best, promises a day of thrilling water rides and family fun. As you head out to explore greater New Braunfels, you’ll find a plethora of options for dining, nightlife, and the Town Center at Creekside offering a variety of stores to shop until your heart’s content. The Gruene Historic District, a short drive away, is a must-visit with its iconic dance hall, the oldest continually run in Texas, where live music and two-stepping keep the spirit of Texas alive.



Back at the home, the interior is a welcome retreat after long days spent outdoors, the open floorplan ensuring everyone stays well-connected no matter where they roam. Bedroom #1 includes a queen size bed, a twin-over-full bunk bed, and smart TV.



Bedroom #2 includes a queen size bed and smart TV.



Bedroom #3 includes a king size bed, smart TV, and ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity and spa-like walk-in shower.



The home also includes an additional full guest bathroom with a single vanity and shower/tub combo.

Driveway parking available for 4 vehicles. Parking on the grass or street is strictly prohibited.

This home is equipped with three (3) external security cameras, one located above the driveway that is actively monitoring the driveway, and two additional cameras - one located on each of the upper and lower patios that are actively monitoring.
