The custom two-storey villa is in a prime location right on the Caloosahatchee River. Enjoy the breathtaking sweeping views across the river to the shoreline of Ft. Myers and Cape Coral from the terrace, from the balcony and from several rooms. Thanks to the south facing position, the sun shines all day at the pool area. Pool and spa are electrically heated. The central location of the house is unbeatable for boaters!
The house has 4 spacious bedrooms (3 King, 2 Twin beds), 3 bathrooms, a light flooded, spacious living area with two living rooms on the ground floor, a large gallery with one, if required, pull out double sofa bed and bar upstairs, and of course a complete kitchen and two dining areas. On the upper floor is a balcony for undisturbed sunbathing, relaxing and enjoying the magnificent view over the river. The modern interior was acquired at the end of 2018 and stands for stylish living in Florida.
Just south of the Cape Coral Bridge, the house is in a quiet cul-de-sac. From here, the yacht club area (4.3 km) for sports is also within walking distance. In a few minutes you drive over the Cape Coral Bridge to Ft. Myers and the restaurants and supermarkets on Cape Coral Parkway and Del Prado Blvd. are also easily accessible.

Awesome Cape Coral Vacation

One of our favorite houses we've ever vacationed to. Great location directly on the river. The pool, spa, and outdoor area are awesome! The house is well equipped & spacious. Excellent communication w/ property manager throughout. We look forward to returning to Cape Coral and hoping this house will be available when we return!

Thanksgiving with Family

We absolutely loved the Villa Cape! It was beautiful and spacious for our family of 9 that stayed over Thanksgiving. The house is well suited for families with plenty of space for privacy and central areas to meet both inside and outside. The views are spectacular and our property manager was an absolute joy. Will stay here again!

Very, Very Nice!!!!

The home was much more beautiful than the pictures projected. The view of the river and beyond from the back lanai area or while swimming in the pool is spectacular. The entire house is very comfortable and accommodating. If you do a lot of cooking, the kitchen has everything you need. The four bikes provided with the stay came in very handy for early morning rides. Renting a boat during our stay was very convenient with the use of the dock and lift. Communications with the owner and property mgr could not have been any better. Any questions that were in need of an answer, were promptly responded to. Thank you for a Great Stay!

Family celebration

The house is perfect for a large group. We were disappointed with the outside space. There were alot of loose pavers around the outside area that could cause serious injury. The pool light is loose. We could not get the bubbles to work in the spa. The thing that was the most dissappointing was the dock lighting not working. We head out early with the boats so having no lights was a challenge! Also we love to fish off the docks and this was not possible with no lighting. For the cost of the weeks stay everything should be as perfect outside as well as inside.

Better than imagined!

From the minute we entered the house, my mantra for the month was “this is even better than the photos”! Waking up to the view was a true delight every morning. The spacious house allowed lots of fun together times and quiet spaces for reading or nap time. The spacious kitchen never felt crowded, and we were all able to move about and prepare meals together. There were plentiful seating spaces inside and out. We were able to eat outside most evenings, despite the cooler temps we experienced for a couple of weeks, because the patio table offered us a bit of an alcove from the cool breeze. It truly felt like home with all the amenities, including a large laundry room, a well stocked kitchen, and plentiful towels and linens, including beach towels. We enjoyed fishing from the dock nearly every day, although some days were more successful than others! We were able to walk to several very fun places for dinners and drinks, being careful to look out for traffic as there are not sidewalks. But it was never a problem because it is such a quiet and non-busy neighborhood. Overall, we rate this trip excellent and cannot wait to return one day!

Perfect location for a quick getaway from the cold!

We enjoyed a fantastic 4-night getaway to Cape Coral, and this house was a wonderful value for us. The property manager came to visit us on our first morning, and she was so friendly as we walked through our various questions. The majority of the restaurants and shopping are within 1-2 miles of the property. The house is surprisingly big and spread-out, and at no point did we find ourselves needing something that wasn't there already. I should point out that while the listing and pictures indicate a dock and boat lift that can be used, it's currently damaged from a storm this past November. If you're planning to rent a boat or fish off the dock, you should ask the Property Manager for confirmation that the dock has been repaired. We didn't mind though, as we were able to fish off the seawall instead. Overall, our entire group highly recommends this property. It's perfect for 2-3 couples, and you could even bring children because the 4th bedroom has two Twin beds. The views are incredible, the local dining/social scene was really active, and house was perfect for us. We hope to return next year!

Perfect Vacation Rental

This vacation home was perfect for our family of 8. The pool and hot tub was sized right, very clean and managed well. Location was wonderful for boating, convenience and just soaking up the water side views. The property manager was prompt, attentive and informative. This all contributed to a perfect vacation week. Property was a great location and just as shown in pictures. Pool area was amazing with a great view of the river. Only complaint was the lights on the dock were not working so we didn’t feel comfortable doing a night time boat ride.

This home was perfect for our family adults and teens. Beautiful home with everything we needed. The location was ideal, close to walk or use the provided bikes for trips to coffee shops, bakeries, bars, restaurants, farmers market etc. We loved our time here!

Great property, just a few hiccups

We were excited to arrive being our first time using VRBO. Upon our arrival though, we didn’t have access to the key box for over two hours which was a buzz kill. The house is beautiful! I do wish though the pics would be updated to reflect how many rooms are on the first floor (3 including the bunk beds, master, and other bedroom - bunk bed and other bedroom share a bathroom) and there is one room upstairs along with the sofa bed. We have only used a different home rental company in the past so I’m not sure if this is a VRBO thing but the property manager came to the house the following day to introduce herself and was in the house for quite some time doing a walk through and going over the house rules, maskless. Is this a standard thing for VRBO? I bring this up only because half of my family contracted COVID on the trip and other than going to the supermarket once and the beach once, we stayed in the house with very limited interactions. This could happen to anyone at any place and I don’t blame the house, but it would feel safer to have interactions limited, possibly masked just for the safety of guests and the property manager and her assistant. There was maintenance that was scheduled during our stay which was not the most convenient for us but the property manager is very kind, the property is beautiful and very well kept, and outside of my family members trying to recover from COVID, we will have fond memories from our time on the property.

Amazing home in a great location

The house was just as advertised. Clean, spacious, and elegant. Our kids pravtically wanted to live in the pool, and I loved how close the house was to things like restaurants/grocers/etc. Would definitely stay again!

Best Rental in Cape Coral

I don't even know where to start. From check-in, we met the property manager and she walked us through features of the house. She was very nice, very helpful, and very accommodating. Everything was clean, the decor was nice, the view was perfect. We had plenty of towels and they even started us out with some supplies for our first couple days. We spent most of the time outside in the beautiful pool, looking at the view, and even sitting on the dock some days. It is close to most Cape Coral restaurants, and a close drive to the beach. The bedrooms are located in different areas of the house for a little privacy between guests. I couldn't have asked for a better rental, and our family has already started thinking about planning a trip back if they will have us. I cannot say enough about this property.
