Open floor plan with spacious kitchen, state of the art island and 48" range, 3 oven and wine cooler, comfortable bedrooms with private bathrooms, huge master with bathtub, pool table, tile pool with amazing tongue and groove terraces and bbq area with outdoor seating and dining area, sonos audio system and large boating dock. Everything has been designed for your comfort. The master Bedroom has a king size bed and 3 guests bedrooms have queen size beds while the last guest bedroom has 2 bunkbeds twin size to accommodate four guests. We also have a portable crib and a highchair for babies.

Beautiful roomy home!

Beautiful home with great space!! We loved the pool and outdoor areas. We were in town for a baseball tournament every field was close and easy to get to. We will definitely be back!

Family Vacation

This is our second year staying here and it was enjoyed by all. Everyone enjoyed the pool, hot tub, kayaking, but my grandchildren really enjoyed fishing off the dock. I am sure we will be returning again.

Great house in Cape Coral!

Excellent home for our family group on a spring break vacation to Cape Coral. As others have mentioned, lots of room to spread out in the home and the layout is great. Pool area, kitchen and master suite are exceptional and the location provides easy access to activities around the area. Irvin is a responsive host who made our stay easy and enjoyable.

This is a great property for large groups. There was plenty of room to spread out and have space of your own if you need it. Kitchen was well stocked and very clean.

Home was as advertised. Group of 9 had plenty of room ro roam. Owner was very responsive to a Pool issue and it was fixed in a timely manner.

Spring trip with friends

Great property for a large group! We had plenty of space to play games, watch TV, read and chat. The outside space was also great with multiple seating areas for sun or shade. We caught a few fish off of the dock using the fishing gear provided by the host. Irvin was very responsive with our questions and encouraged us to reach out if we needed anything. I would highly recommend this home for your next Cape Coral visit!

Stunning Home

This house has it all. Totally stocked kitchen, pots pans silverware enough for a small army. The teens loved the sound system. Beautifully decorated with such an easy flow. Everyone took advantage of the dock and went fishing everyday. We brought two jet skis and put them in down the street. Couldn’t ask for more in a house. Any complaints would have to be nit picking!

Wonderful spring break!

The property was just as described, very clean, and afforded us ample space for our three families to enjoy the week together. The layout made the stay incredibly comfortable and the home was well stocked. The beds were very comfortable with high quality mattresses and bedding. The outdoor pool was certainly a highlight. We would stay again without any hesitation!

Great property

Gorgeous and spacious house. Plenty of room for our group of 8 adults and 4 young kids. Pool and hot tub are great. Also kayaked in the canal a few times. Nice bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, sitting areas, and laundry.

Family Vacation

The house and all it's amenities were just as described and just as beautiful. Enough room for family gathering and able to spread out too. The pool and spa was enjoyed by all. Irvin was great to work with. Would highly recommend.

Fabulous place

We stayed here with my family ( 9month , 9 yr, 11 yr) and my parents and the place was GREAT! A ton of space. The owner was easy to get a hold of, always with quick responses. It was clean, beautiful, and had everything we needed, especially for babies (a crib, yet smaller then normal size) strollers, etc. we stay here again! Highly recommend!

Exceeded Expectations!

We had an amazing time in Cape Coral! When we walked into the house, it was a collective 'WOW'! Such an incredible property. Very large open space, very nice pool and hot tub, whole house sound system, great bedrooms and tons of parking! We rented a pontoon for a few days, and the property has a great area to tie it up at night. The electronic controls for the pool and sound were a nice touch. Two washers and dryers. Very responsive owner. House is fantastic!!

End of the school year getaway

This home is simply perfect. We had a large group and it fit all of us with out a problem. The kitchen was well stocked. The beds were comfortable. There are plenty of towels and linens. The multiple washer and dryers were useful for washing towels and clothes. We were able to take clean clothes home. Our favorite part, where we spent 90% of our time was the outdoor living space. The pool, spa and two separate seating areas couldn’t have been more perfect. There is a whole house audio system so you can sit back, relax in the pool/spa and listen to music. The boys enjoyed the dock and fished daily. In regards to the owners, Irvin was wonderful. He was attentive to all of our questions and he was super easy to work with. I can’t say enough good things about this property. It was perfect. Thank you for a wonderful getaway.

Huge House with Great Amenities

Overall great stay! This home is huge. The pictures really don’t do it justice. This home was the cleanest rental I have ever stayed in. We had 7 Adults and seven kids including 18 month old triplets. And we had way more room than we needed. It was nice to have each bedroom have its own bathroom (one was just outside the bedroom door). There was just about every kind of kitchen utensil and appliance that you could have imagined. Plenty of towels and pool towels. All toiletries and paper towels and garbage bags were provided. Lots of extra stuff too like laundry soap (although we did buy more), spices, pool toys and floats, bikes, playpens, high chairs, basketballs, kayaks, fishing pools. It was an awesome place for our family. Just to note some things that may or may not be important to you…. The house is at the end of the canal but right by a very very busy road. When you are outside there is a lot of road noise and sirens throughout the day. We did not hear them inside however. Also if you are planning on fishing (we were) the canal is very dark and kind of dirty since it’s at the end where floating debris gathers. The only fish we caught were cat fish. This of course is no fault of the owner but worth mentioning in my opinion.

The property was very nice. As far as rentals go, you will struggle to find a nicer property. Being so close to the main road wasn’t an issue at all. We heard a few sirens during the day but it was not a problem for us at all. Highly recommend for large families or multiple families

Our stay was great! Once we figured out how the spa vs pool temp worked, the water was amazing! Plenty of towels- beach & regular - for our two families. Fun lizards/iguanas roaming the property. Also located to several fun restaurants. The mattresses were a bit saggy in the men’s opinions and the kitchen had no chip clips - can you imagine having that be the only downfall? Beautiful house!

Thanksgiving in Cape Coral

We had THE BEST trip! The house is absolutely stunning and had plenty of room for all of us. The pool and hot tub were used daily and although we couldn’t take a boat out because of hurricane aftermath, the dock is PERFECT for a boat. The kitchen has everything that you could think of…just perfect! FANTASTIC WEEK! 😁
