CCC Penthouse Bay is a spacious penthouse right by the ocean, offering wide views over the Caribbean Sea and toward Klein Bonaire. On the balcony and in the mature palm garden you can enjoy the trade winds and colorful sunsets. Inside, air conditioning in the living room, two comfortable bedrooms, two bathrooms and a fully equipped open kitchen provide plenty of comfort. With Chachacha Beach and a dive center just around the corner, this is an ideal Bonaire base.

The Space:

CCC Penthouse Bay is a spacious penthouse in Kralendijk, in the Chachacha Beach Apartments complex, directly by the sea with beautiful ocean views and views of Klein Bonaire. With approximately 120 m² (1290 ft²) of living space, it offers plenty of room. Van den Tweel supermarket is 750 meters away, Chachacha Beach 100 meters, restaurant Cuba Compagnie 400 meters and dive center Dive Friends Chachacha also 100 meters. The penthouse is on the third floor in American floor counting. Guests can use the shared garden; there is no pool in the complex.

Guest Access:

As a guest of CCC Penthouse Bay you have access to the entire penthouse, including the two bedrooms, two bathrooms, the open kitchen, living room, balcony with sea view and the shared garden of Chachacha Beach Apartments. All listed amenities such as the washing machine, air conditioning and on-street parking are at your disposal. To warmly welcome you and explain the accommodation and our beautiful island, we always handle arrivals in person. The Sunwise hosts of the property will arrange your check-in time with you.

The Neighborhood:

Kralendijk center with its seafront promenade, piers, sailing and motor boats on the moorings and colorful facades puts you right among restaurants, bars, boutiques and the departure points for various boat trips, including sunset tours and the water taxis to Klein Bonaire. It’s ideal if you want everything within walking distance and like to stroll along the boulevard in the evening.

For divers and snorkelers, the Playa area is a great base thanks to quick access to the west coast sites; for foodies and shoppers this is the place to be. Expect vibrancy, convenience and the shortest travel times to the amenities in Bonaire’s main town, Kralendijk.

Getting Around:

CCC Penthouse Bay in Kralendijk is best enjoyed with a rental car, as Bonaire has so much more to offer than just the immediate surroundings. With your own vehicle you can explore remote snorkel sites, dive spots and local restaurants all over the island at your own pace. We strongly recommend renting a car so you can reach everything easily. Most roads are paved, but for nature areas like Washington Slagbaai National Park a pickup truck or SUV is recommended because of the unpaved, sometimes rough tracks. There is no public transport and taxis are limited, especially on busy cruise ship days.

Other Things to Note:

Check-in is from 3PM and check-out by 10AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be possible on request, depending on other arrivals and departures. Smoking and pets are not allowed in our accommodations, and we kindly ask you to keep noise levels down in the evenings. Enjoy your stay at CCC Penthouse Bay!

We kindly request, if we have not already done so, to coordinate with us what time you want to check out (*). We have a few friendly departure tips and requests for you: - Double check for any personal items that you may have overlooked. - Please make sure that all windows and doors are shut. - Do not worry about making the beds. Our cleaning crew will complete this task for you. - Please strip the sheets of the beds, if possible. - Please wash the dishes. - Please empty the fridge and collect all trash. (*) If we expect direct-following guests, then your check-out time will have to be no later than 10am, as agreed upon. If we don't have guests immediately after you, then we probably can make other arrangements, but please coordinate this with us! Please keep in mind that all our accommodations are private residences. Unlike traditional hotels, we do not have a central lobby or a front desk with on-site storage facilities. To ensure every home is in pristine condition for the next arrival, our professional cleaning teams begin the turnover process promptly after guest departures and continue right up until new arrivals. For this reason, we are unable to store luggage inside the properties before check-in or after check-out. If your flight departs significantly later than your check-out time, we want you to make the most of your final day on the island! We highly recommend purchasing a day pass at one of the larger local resorts. This is a great way to enjoy pool and beach amenities while keeping your luggage securely stored at their facilities until you head to the airport. We are here to help make your transition as smooth as possible.
