Clean, well-stocked, great location

We had a great stay at this VRBO! The host was very responsive and helpful and the place was very clean and had everything we needed. We were walking distance to a lot of restaurants and bars and just a short Uber ride to the power and light district. Would definitely stay here again!

Great Stay

The house itself is awesome (clean, spacious, modern)! The neighborhood is a bit on the lively side, so there is some noise, especially late at night. Would definitely stay again though!

Girls Weekend

The property is perfect for a fun KC Trip! Spacious bedrooms and bathrooms were just right for this group! We enjoyed the front porch and private backyard as much as the first floor living area. Lance did a great job of communicating to us! It made for a 5 star weekend!

We arrived for only one night stay at this house, and several of the fans did not work, one of the air conditioning units was leaking water, and another unit in a room didn’t work. Some of the rooms were cool and some were very hot. We had to go buy fans to help us cool off during the night. The trash outside of the house was so full it was hard to put the small bag of trash we had in it. The one bathroom upstairs had an old wash cloth left over from a previous guest hanging over the handled shower head. There were Motel 6 soap (still in the package) for us to use for bathing, and dollar tree shampoo and conditioner. Just stating what our experience was, maybe others are okay with it, but I was a little disappointed.

A great stay for a group trip

Stayed here with my college best friends and our families, kids and dog included. We felt was had enough space and were very comfortable. Lance was super helpful and checked in via message from time-to-time. It is an older house so a little noisy but there are earplugs provided and we also noticed some rooms had a white noise machine. The upstairs level was perfect for the couple with the 2-year-old who needed naps away from the group. We would definitely stay here again!
