rustic, perfect location
owners are great, easy to work with and accommodating.
Great location and well stocked kitchen
Awesome supply of beach towels and beach toys. Bikes are old yet were amazingly comfortable and it was a treat to be able to ride around.
Thanks Nina. I wish you where able to go on the boardwalk but it was closed because of corona virus restrictions so you couldn't get the full experience of the beach but you new that before you came. The boardwalk is now open so you can ride the bikes on the boardwalk and you can also play and hang out on the beach. 6/10/20. Thanks Mike W.
The home was very clean and cozy. It is walking distance to the Belmont Park, I walked most mornings for coffee. The grill and patio made cooking at home fun. We had a few dinners on the patio watching the sun set. I will definitely stay there again.
A little slice of heaven!
Grace’s is a lovely beach house! It was spotless, cozy, but lots of space! There is every amenity you need even down to a fresh flower bouquet! The kitchen is fully stocked and perfect for cooking your own meals! Great spice and tea cupboard! Bicycles, beach toys and chairs and glorious beach and ocean a step off the spacious patio! Michael and Patrick are wonderful to deal with! Thank you! We will be back!
Relaxing stay at South Mission Beach
Upon arrival we were able to enter the beach house per instructions from Pat made the prior day. Went very smoothly. Pat then stopped by shortly thereafter and gave us a walk thru of the home and its features and shared a little about the family history of the house. They have done a wonderful job with the updated kitchen , floors, and bathrooms. Beds were comfy. Was as good if not better than the photos. Well stocked kitchen, bathrooms, and towel supply. The four beach cruisers were utilized. The boardwalk and beach are right outside and it's walking distance to bars, restaurants and fast food, and a local market. Watched beach volleyball by day and the sunsets each evening from the patio. We had nice weather for a November trip and would definitely stay at Grace's Beach House again. Thanks to Mike and Pat for great communication throughout the process.
