Ski Inn 2br 2bath-Steamboat Dream Vacation

This dreamy ski-in/ski-out 2br, 2bath condo has everything and more for your amazing Steamboat Dream Vacation. It includes 3 hot tubs, sauna and free winter shuttle service just to name a few!

This getaway features a fully equipped kitchen and open living area with a sleeper sofa, flat-screen TV, and a gas fireplace.



Head out the sliding glass doors that open to a private balcony and soak up the views of the Yampa Valley and ski slopes. The master bedroom has a king sized bed and an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has plenty of sleeping room for up to 3 guests with two twin bunk beds and one full.



The best part is, the shared hot tubs and sauna will have everyone slipping into relaxation mode in no time.



Guests will be spoiled when they stay in Steamboat Springs with easy access to the slopes, unlimited hiking trails, and amazing restaurants near by. In the winter, let the free shuttle service whisk you around town to the main attractions. Come summer, the golfers of the group will love heading over to Rollingstone Ranch Golf Course for a round of 18 each morning. Hiking trails like Fish Creek Falls will give each guest their fill of natural beauty and the kids will have a blast at Old Town Hot Springs or Strawberry Park. Don't forget to check out Yampa River Botanic Park offering beautiful paths and concerts in the summer!

Condo is right off of “Stampede” ski trail. There is a small 100 yard path to bring you onto Stampede from the building. Stampede trail will bring you to the base of the Resort and bottom of the Gondola.



The winter-only free Vacasa shuttle service does loops to and from the complex and the base of Steamboat Ski Resort from 8:00am to 5pm daily. In the evenings, from 5pm to 10:45pm, the free Vacasa shuttle is on-call and will take guests to downtown.

This unit is allocated two parking spaces and is $20 per day per vehicle.

Parties are not allowed. Any additional guests not on the reservation will be charged $50 per person, per night.



This is a first floor condo with a unit above it. This building has strict quiet hours from 10pm to 7am daily. If there is any noise from above during quiet hours please let us know right away.



We have an extremely strict NO SMOKING policy of any kind inside the unit, on the balcony or in the building whatsoever.



Animals are NOT permitted inside the building or in the unit at any time per the HOA regulations and due to pet allergies.



We do not have mail services to the condo. Long term rentals must set up a local P.O. Box.



For our guest safety there is a security camera on the exterior of the units front door.





Cancellation policy

100% of prepayments, minus credit card processing fees, refundable when canceled 30 day(s) before arrival or earlier.

50% of prepayments, minus credit card processing fees, refundable when canceled 14 day(s) before arrival or earlier.

0% refundable if canceled after.

Security deposit policy

A pre-authorization of USD 1000.00 is held on 1 day(s) before arrival and voided on 7 day(s) after departure. Security deposit funds will only be charged if damages are discovered upon departure. If damages exceed the security deposit amount, guests are responsible for any additional costs.
