Die Wohnung verfügt über einen kombinierten Wohn-und Schlafbereich mit Doppelbett, Schlafcouch und Sat-TV, eine separate voll ausgestattete Küche mit Kühlschrank, Backofen und Mikrowelle, sowie ein Badezimmer mit Dusche und WC. Des Weiteren sind eine Terrasse am Zimmer und kostenloses WLAN vorhanden. Bäcker, Metzger, und Lebensmittelladen sind in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Gartenlaube und der Grillplatz bieten sich für ein gemütliches Zusammensein an und die Kinder können sich auf dem Spielplatz nebenan vergnügen. Die Ködeltalsperre und zahlreiche Wanderwege befinden sich vor der Haustür.
