Weindl Vacation Apartment with a Balcony
The 40-square-meter holiday apartment, located on a single floor, is barrier-free in accordance with DIN standards and accessible via a ramp or a single step. Access is via Fichtenweg. The apartment sleeps 2 adults. A comfortable sofa bed in the living room is available for a child, if needed. The spacious balcony is furnished with patio furniture and offers a beautiful view of the Döbraberg. The bathroom is fully accessible (wheelchair-accessible sink, wheelchair-accessible shower with seating, toilet with folding grab bar) and has been modernly renovated. A towel warmer and hair dryer are provided. Towels are provided upon arrival, and the beds are made. The kitchen is fully equipped (oven, SodaStream, electric kettle, coffee maker, cooking utensils, kitchen linens). There is a lockable garage for bicycles and sports equipment. If you’re interested, we’d be happy to offer guided hikes through the Franconian Forest, as we are passionate hikers ourselves. Deposit: 100 EUR. Accessible according to DIN standards. Check-in from 2:00 PM to 9:00 PM. Check-out by 10:00 AM. Keys are handed over in person on site. Pets are not allowed. Cot and high chair available upon request. A third person may stay upon request for an additional fee of 10.00 EUR per night. Lockable bicycle garage/sports equipment storage available upon request. Washing machine available for an additional fee.

Super Unterkunft, sehr nette Gastgeber und bei allem hilfsbereit.
Die Ferienwohnung ist wunderschön eingerichtet und in der Küche ist alles vorhanden, was man an Küchenutensilien benötigt. Diese Ferienwohnung ist mit Liebe, Herz und Verstand super eingerichtet. Das Bett ist auch wunderbar und man schläft super gut.
Wunderschöne Gegend und der Wald ist 5 min entfernt.
Für uns war der Urlaub sehr erholsam.
