A unique and beautiful ocean front home, located on a bluff! This home has an unobstructed spectacular view of the Pacific Ocean and miles of sandy coast. Located steps away from San Diego's top Tourmaline surf break, bring your surf board. If a beautiful view and a private home is what you are looking for, this is it! A perfect beach house that is located between La Jolla and Mission Beach. A newly decorated home that is located near everything a beach community has to offer. Spectacular sunset vistas from Mission Beach to the south, north to La Jolla. The home has an attached two bedroom upstairs unit built towards the back of the home. The properties were built with vacation rentals in mind. GUESTS ARE PROVIDED WITH PRIVATE living space yard space, decks, beach equipment (bicycles, surfboards, boogie boards, chairs, etc.), parking spaces, washer/dryers and barbecues.

The host, Mary, is very attentive and helpful in all areas of our stay. She gave excellent recommendations for restaurants and things to do in the area. The house had excellent views of the ocean and our first night we experienced a gorgeous sunset. The house is stocked with everything we needed for a great stay.

Great location & perfect home for our group!

Our family of 6 really enjoyed our stay in this spacious home with fabulous ocean views & just steps from the beach! It was a short drive to visit Sea World, & to go kayaking in the bay, & on a para sailing adventure. The kids ages 12 & 8 also took surfing lessons at Pacific Beach near the house. We definitely want to vacation here again!

We had a wonderful multi-family visit. The view was incredible, the garage stocked with bikes/strollers/ice chests/chairs and more! The location is a short walk to a myriad of restaurants, bars and shops! The rooms are spacious and the family/front room has the best of both worlds with a quieter TV room for those who want to watch sports or movies without harshing the mellow of those in the front room with the expansive view. Extra freezer and fridge in the garage a huge bonus. Mary and Gina were great to work with. Looking forward to staying again!

Loved the view and watching the surfers. Mary met us here and walked us through the property. We walked down to the beach and were also 25 minutes from San Diego. Property was exceptionally clean and comfortable.

This property was absolutely gorgeous and the manager was the most gracious host I've encountered with a vacation rental. Mary walked us through and made sure we had everything we could possibly need. She was available the entire stay if we needed anything, which we didn't! The beach supplies and kitchen are totally stocked with everything. Overall, this was the best stay ever for a wonderful family vacation, and we would love to stay again someday!

I read a lot of reviews for this property before booking and noticed many travelers had stayed multiple times. I can see why! It was one of our favorite VRBOs! Great location within walking distance to shopping, restaurants, etc. Easy access to the beach and water. Well laid out floor plan with abundant and comfortable furnishings. Wonderful view of the ocean and easy walking distance to the beautiful beaches and boardwalk; fenced yard offered the little ones great outside playtime while still remaining safe from traffic; kitchen was well appointed with additional small appliances (...only minor issue was the worn-out non-stick skillet which happened to be the pan we used daily); would definitely return to this property location in the future.
