SUMMARY
Welcome to “Cali Vibes,” our luxurious & charming 3br + 2.5ba + 4 level beach home located in the heart of Mission Beach. WOW, indoor/outdoor living at its finest with 4 exclusive outdoor areas (not shared!), 3 levels of living space & a 4th level rooftop water view sky deck. Other highlights: fire pit on the ground level patio, dual King beds, 2 parking, A/C, washer/dryer, BBQ, open floorplan, gourmet chef's kitchen, beautiful wood flooring, & sleeps 6.
FIRST LEVEL (main living area + ground level patio)
As you step into this gorgeous beach vacation rental you'll be greeted by a bright, sunny & spacious open floorplan main living area. Off the front entry is an exclusive & convenient ground level patio with a fire pit, BBQ & outdoor seating… our favorite place for an evening gathering & allows easy access to/from the beach. The living room includes a plush sofa, dual accent chairs & SMART TV. Off the living room is a dining nook & a fully equipped gourmet chef's kitchen with stainless steel appliances, modern white quartz counters with white subway tile backsplash & island bar with seating & pendant lighting. Rounding out this space is a half bath & convenient rear door with access to the parking area.
SECOND LEVEL (2br's + 1ba)
Stairs lead you to the 2nd level that features a King bed with sliding glass doors that lead to a private view deck, while the other br houses a Queen bed. Further down the hall is a full bath (tub/shower combo) & side x side washer/dryer.
THIRD LEVEL (master suite)
The 3rd level houses the entire master suite that includes a King bed, sliding glass doors that lead to your very own water & city view deck – a romantic spot to enjoy a glass of wine at sunset – walk-in closet & ensuite bath with dual vanities with white quartz counters & beautiful oversized walk-in shower.
FOURTH LEVEL (rooftop sky deck)
Perhaps the most popular part of our home & the perfect spot to soak up the San Diego sun, the 4th level rooftop sky deck that offers panoramic city views, bay views & Sea World firework views. The space also has multiple outdoor seating arrangements that include bar high chairs & sofa lounge seating.

• Parking includes an oversized carport for 2 cars, tandem, see also photos for further reference (approx dimensions 22'3"D, 8'8"W)
• WOW, 4 exclusive outdoor areas (not shared!), 1 located off each level! The convenient ground level patio houses a fire pit & seating, while the rooftop deck offers various seating areas & provides for panoramic city, fireworks & water views.

Surf & swim friendly beach right out your front door! Boogie boards, beach chairs, & sand toys are provided, & several rentals nearby for surfboards, bikes to cruise the boardwalk, or just lay in the white sandy beach & get some sunshine. Check out our site for surf lessons & other local specials…

POLICIES & GOOD NEIGHBOR GUIDELINES
• GUEST REQUIREMENTS | Per certain regulations & HOA requirements, guests must be at least 30 years of age to book with us. If your group is all adults, then all guests must meet our minimum age of 30.
• OCCUPANCY | Our maximum occupancy refers to the number of people allowed in the home at any given time (ie includes both guests & visitors), some of which may be mandated by certain regulations. Exceptions towards the maximum number of people allowed may be made for children under the age of 2. Guest(s) agrees that more than the number of people stated on the reservation shall not occupy the premises. The number of guests includes visitors, even if they are not staying overnight.
• EVENTS | Parties, large gatherings or events of any kind, including but not limited to business retreats, bachelor(ette) parties or pre/post wedding celebrations, are not permitted onsite. This rental is not intended for gatherings of anyone except those who have paid to occupy the property.
• NOISE | Our homes are intended for relaxing getaways, not rowdy beach parties. Music and other noise is to be kept at an appropriate level and in a manner that is mindful to neighbors. Noise that can be heard 50 feet away from the home is prohibited. If there is excessive noise or music, any illegal activity, or evidence of violation of these policies, you may be asked to vacate the premise without any refund and additional charges may be assessed.
• COMBINATION LISTINGS | Due to occupancy restrictions, larger groups looking to book multiple units must reserve a approved combination listing. No more than 1 combination listing can be reserved per stay.
• RESERVATION CONFIRMATION | Upon confirmation of your reservation, you will receive arrival instructions, parking details, wifi access, and tips on local eats & attractions.
