SUMMARY
Indoor/outdoor living at its finest with ~2,000sf of interior space that flows seamlessly into 2,000sf of exterior space for a combined ~4,000sf of total space! This premier 3br+3ba offering is situated on the 2nd & 3rd levels with 4 separate outdoor spaces including our flagship 4th level rooftop sky deck offering panoramic ocean, bay, sunrise, & sunset views. Other features include soaring ceilings, fire pit, designer touches, open floorplan, attached 2 car garage, a/c, fireplace, washer/dryer, & sleeps 10 (8 adults max).
2ND LEVEL (main living area + deck + 2br + 2ba)
Be wow'd as you enter the main front entry with soaring ceilings nearly 20' high & a bright, spacious open floorplan concept greatroom. Starting off with the living room that houses a plush sofa, accent chairs, cozy fireplace, 50” SMART TV, & patio glass doors out to a wonderful sun deck with seating.
Adjacent is an expansive wrap around kitchen open to both the dining & living rooms, cabinets galore, granite counters, bar seating for 4, stainless steel appliances (dishwasher included), beautiful ceiling lights, & fully equipped for all your cooking needs. There is also a dining area with seating for 6.
Down the hallway is a full bath (tub/shower combo). Across is br#2 that includes a Queen sized bed, while further down the hallway is br #1 master retreat, fully equipped with a King size bed, TV, & ensuite bath with dual vanity sinks & shower.
3rd LEVEL (loft area br#3 + 1ba + 2 decks) *NOTE this is an open loft space
A set of stairs leads you to the 3rd level loft area, a great space for children & includes a twin/full bunk bed bed with a pullout twin trundle. This space also has a full bath (shower), 1 sun deck facing South & a separate North facing deck, both with beautiful blue sky views & outdoor seating.
4th LEVEL (sky deck)
Off the 3rd level deck is a set of stairs that leads to the flagship 4th level rooftop sky deck...our favorite spot to enjoy sunrises with a cup of coffee & sunsets with a glass of wine! This space includes a fire pit, multiple seating areas, & beautiful panoramic 360 degree ocean + bay + city views…as well as Sea World fireworks.

We are conveniently located in desirable & laid back South Mission Beach!!! Beautiful white sandy, swim & surf friendly beach located just steps away. Take advantage of our complimentary boogie boards, beach chairs, and sand toys.

Just steps away is the main street, Mission Blvd., with endless shopping, dining, and entertainment. Our guests are provided a comprehensive list of recommended local eats and discount codes for rental shops.
• Water Activities
If you're looking for something other than boogie boarding and swimming in the ocean, we are located just across the street to Mission Bay and water rentals shops, including jet skiing, wakeboarding, stand up paddle boarding, kayaking, and boating.
• Attractions
Enjoy a full day of family fun at Belmont Park located a short 5 minute bike ride away, SeaWorld San Diego is a short 5 minute drive, and world famous San Diego Zoo is located just 15 minutes from our beach home.
POLICIES & GOOD NEIGHBOR GUIDELINES
• GUEST REQUIREMENTS | Per certain regulations & HOA requirements, guests must be at least 30 years of age to book with us. If your group is all adults, then all guests must meet our minimum age of 30.
• OCCUPANCY | Our maximum occupancy refers to the number of people allowed in the home at any given time (ie includes both guests & visitors), some of which may be mandated by certain regulations. Exceptions towards the maximum number of people allowed may be made for children under the age of 2. Guest(s) agrees that more than the number of people stated on the reservation shall not occupy the premises. The number of guests includes visitors, even if they are not staying overnight.
• NOISE | Our homes are intended for relaxing getaways, not rowdy beach parties. Music and other noise is to be kept at an appropriate level and in a manner that is mindful to neighbors. Noise that can be heard 50 feet away from the home is prohibited. Parties are not allowed. If there is excessive noise or music, any illegal activity, or evidence of violation of these policies, you may be asked to vacate the premise without any refund and additional charges may be assessed.
• COMBINATION LISTINGS | Due to occupancy restrictions, larger groups looking to book multiple units must reserve a approved combination listing. No more than 1 combination listing can be reserved per stay.
• RESERVATION CONFIRMATION | Upon confirmation of your reservation, you will receive arrival instructions, parking details, wifi access, and tips on local eats & attractions.
