The unit has been newly painted, new vinyl flooring throughout, all new appliances, all new baseboards, newly cleaned gas fireplace, new washer and dryer in laundry room off patio with a newly cleaned out dryer vent, new kitchen hardware, and all new faucets and light fixtures. The walk in closet has plenty of storage with built in organizers. New Queen sized bed with a twin hideaway bed for an additional guest and all linens. An Apple desktop is provided (upon request) with a workspace desk and chair. This complex includes all the necessary amenities for an active lifestyle. There is a gym, two swimming pools and jacuzzies, parks, hiking and walking trails, basketball courts, tennis courts and a parking space close to stairwell for your convenience.
