Ideal for Long Term Stays! Well-Maintained open floor plan w/ 2,400 sqft and large windows that make the entire condo filled with natural light! The condo is located within walking distance to multiple grocery stores, restaurants, coffee shops, hotels, movie theater, and shopping mall. 45 Minutes drive to Washington DC, 20 minutes to Inner Harbor Baltimore, 25 Minutes to Annapolis, Ft. Meade, NSA + Northrop Grumman are all within a 15 min drive. Over 10 hospitals within a 30 Minute drive.
The space
The property is a two-level condo with 3 spacious Bedrooms which also get alot of sunlight. Two of the bedrooms will share 1 large bathroom and the Primary room has an on-suite bathroom attached.

There are televisions in every room of the house. The home is equipped with Verizon Fios high speed internet, the television in the living room and primary bedroom have premium cable. Smart Tv's in the other two rooms have Amazon Fire Sticks.
