The home was clean and simple to check in. The beds were comfortable with plenty of pillows and blankets available for varying warmth preferences. The kitchen was stocked enough for simply cooking or food assembly, with a 5-cup drip coffee pot available. There is plenty of space to spread out. The host is friendly and communicates promptly. A couple things that could be improved upon - The street parking is a longer walk to the front door, so if you have a lot of luggage, parking at the garage is ideal. However, you'll have to have someone enter the front door and unlock/open the garage entry from the front door. Having a garage keypad entry available for guests would be helpful for ease of entry. The water in the top floor bathroom only runs as hot, so the shower is not ideal to use. The bedrooms have plenty of natural light, which is great, but having blackout or room-darkening window treatments would be a great addition because the other townhomes have their outdoor lights on at night and shine into the windows at bedtime. If you are looking for a great coffee place in Laurel, Qamaria was a wonderful daily stop for us!Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Place is exactly like the pictures ! Felt very st home . Loved the spacious layout and the big rooms . All the bathrooms were clean and smelled great . Plenty of space everywhere . Definitely wish there was some patio furniture but that’s the only thing I have to say!

A gem that beats the alternatives in South Laurel. Great location handy to I-95. Near all the necessary shopping and services in South Laurel ... including Enterprise Rent a Car on Route 1. Peaceful neighborhood, and no neighbor's noises. A sunny, spacious home with calming decor. Comfy place good for unwinding after a busy day. The penthouse bathroom's soaking tub is a real treat after a difficult journey. Large capacity, like-new washer-dryer pair. Gas stove/oven. I love the sofa that won't let you lose pocket items between/under cushions. The beds, linens, appliances, supplies are good quality and adequate in quantity. No overly fragranced products. Really clean indoor air; odor-free home. Wonderful floor plan but note there are steep stairs required to access everything except the game room. If your mobility is good, this is nice toning for the lower body. If you plan to park large vehicles in the car port, check the dimensions. We parked two compact vehicles side-by-side okay. Michael takes hosting seriously. He wants you to be glad you stayed. If there's any specific needs for your stay, be sure to discuss. I hope to book this charming home again when I return to Laurel MD, but I'm sure there will be competition from other renters.
