Come relax and play at this lovely Lakeside retreat and enjoy all that the Lakes region has to offer! 2 adult kayaks, 1 child kayak, and plenty of life-vests available for use off the private dock/beach!
Bright, open concept main floor with a newly renovated kitchen, large island to gather, dishwasher, and a sliding door leading out to a spacious sunroom overlooking the water.
3 levels, a finished basement with backyard access, mudroom, 2 full baths, and plenty of parking.
Updated and modern kitchen/living spaces, but the home still has the classic New Hampshire lakeside cozy feel.
Quaint lake community with six sandy beaches within walking distance of the house.
Stay in town for dining, shopping at the farmers market, or visiting the Gilmanton Winery.
There are endless state parks and hiking trails to explore or bike. Gunstock Mountain is about a 15-minute drive from the house, which can be enjoyed year-round between hiking, biking, fishing, zip-lining, the mountain coaster, and of course skiing and snowboarding.
