Location was great, beach up the road, boat ramp a block over. Host was very responsive with questions I had, and very quick to aid in anything I needed. We were on a work trip, not only was it very affordable but comfortable for both of us

Cute house! Close to everything.

Kelsy was a great host. The house had two king beds, so it was perfect. Walking distance to the beach, bay and best restaurants.

Cute little duplex. Tucked away in the neighborhood, yet conveniently located close to beach, marina and a lot of local restaurants.Host was very responsive.
Found this little guy out for a stroll beside the driveway one morning.
Loved the decor….the bright yellow decor, you can’t help but feel happy and at peace in this place.

This property was exactly as listed. We were very impressed by how clean everything was!!! The location was fantastic, everything was so easy to navigate. The owner was very quick to reply to all questions and extremely helpful. The beds were also very comfy.

Quiet getaway

The Mystic Sun was a perfect getaway for my little family on Spring Break. Having never been to PCB, I inadvertently booked this house not knowing it was the perfect location. Away from the chaos of the touristy part of town, we had the lagoon directly behind us - perfect for fishing and watching dolphins, and the ocean on the other side, a quiet beach just a 10 minute walk away. Everything was walkable - shops, restaurants, etc - but away from the hussle.The house was small enough to feel cozy and big enough to not feel crowded. Kelsy was excellent at answering my questions and staying in touch when needed during our visit.

Our Warm Getaway

We found this to be perfect for our escape to a warm place, super easy check-in, and we enjoyed warmer than expected temps. The house is very cute and well maintained. Some of the highlights are the comfy beds with very nice linens, updated bathroom, three TVs all with streaming services, a kitchen equipped with everything needed for in-house cooking, and the washer and dryer. The floors are LVT, so easy to keep clean and no yucky damp carpets. Outside we enjoyed the patio set, and quiet neighborhood,and we were pleasantly surprised to find a nice dock a block away to sit and watch dolphins in the lagoon. We found a few restaurants and shops within walking distance, and many others just a short drive. Lots of good seafood places. The beach accesses were many, one just a walk away and two we found with parking and other amenities. The beach has beautiful white sand. We would return to Mystic Sun/Biltmore Beach without a second thought.
