Experience a bygone era! This updated 1937 vintage cabin offers 1 large bedroom with 2 double beds. Double Futon in living room provides additional sleeping options. Full kitchen with "Breakfast Fixins" included. NEW decor throughout reflects this cabin's fresh vibe.

Living room features a gas stove fireplace, log rafters, beautiful knotty pine vaulted ceiling, and planked walls. The 1950's Diner themed kitchen includes a vintage gas stove and built in dining booth. The bedroom has wrap around antique pocket windows on 3 sides - lake views.



Full lake access. Come and enjoy your favorite lake activities. Free boat slips for guests. The gazebo is the perfect place to gather with family and friends. BBQ grills provided.



WiFi and Roku TV is available in all cabins.



Your stay includes breakfast "fixins": The refrigerator is stocked with eggs, bacon, english muffins, butter, pastries, orange juice, and milk. Coffee is provided for the coffeemaker.



We are pleased to be a pet friendly community.

We loved our weekend at the cabin. The owners were great, and we enjoyed the breakfast items placed in the fridge for us. Much more fun than staying in a hotel, and we got to bring our dog with us.

So cute!

My husband and I took a last minute trip with our 4 year old and dogs. We weren't sure where we were wanting to go, but wanted trees, mountains, and water. We settled on Hot Spring because it was an easy commute for us from Texas. We really wanted an authentic cabin and Skip was super accommodating to our same day check in. We stayed two nights. The cabin was super cute and rustic. The property was adorable; our son loved the lake access and swimming area. The property was very dog friendly and had lots of wildlife for us to look at (lots of deer, geese, ducks, rabbits). It's very close to town and all the attractions. Would stay again and are recommending it to family that commute this way.

Such a great little spot nestled in the "woods" lakeside - the owner Skip was so helpful and kind. He adjusted our dates due to an issue and was very welcoming when we arrived. Great spot and great people running it. The breakfast "fixins" were such a nice touch. We'll be back!

Sweet cabin stay

We stayed here with our 8 month old for a few days while we were visiting the hot springs. Location is a great mix of feeling like you're in the woods but close to the National Park and other amenities. Skip was very responsive to any needs we had. The cabin is appropriately rustic yet comfortable.

Quiet cabin get away!

Perfect little cabin by the lake with tons of charm. It was perfect for my husband and I to get away and bring our 2 dogs along. We were able to swim in the lake with the dogs and relax by the shoreline at the gazebo.

Great stay!

Quiet and relaxing! Dog friendly, so that was a huge plus for us. The cabin has everything you need and the “breakfast fixins” was such a kind touch. The owner was kind and very knowledgeable about the area. Communication was quick and clear! There is no digital check in or check out, the road leading in and out of the property is full of potholes so beware! 10/10 stay, will return!

I can’t say enough!

It was an absolutely perfect place to stay. It was exactly the feeI was wanting. Lake front 360° around the property. Beautifully secluded, And still one block from anything you could want. The host Skip was very kind and knowledgeable. I’d recommend this to anyone, and I will be returning!

This place and pictures of are very deceiving. Five points may have been nice at one point, but it is not being maintained. It was cold on our stay but they had the fireplace turned off for the spring. The cabin smelled like a wet dog and was very dirty. The veiws were not very nice because the trees are growing all over wild and closing up any good veiws. Then our check out morning the roaches came out VERY NASTY! I guess we didnt see that the whole trip because we tried to stay away from the nasty place beings we were stuck there.

Wonderful cabin; great host

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this comfortable cabin, which was the perfect size for myself, my husband and small dog. So peaceful, and it feels a million miles away from the hustle of the nearby town. But the location is so easy and quick, if/when we wanted to run back to town for supplies, or visit the mountain trails and the Hot Springs bathhouses. Host Skip is amazingly communicative and helpful, and full of tips and recommendations to make the most of our (sadly very short) stop here, amid a crosscountry driving trip. And the breakfast fixins’ are substantial and much appreciated. We definitely hope to come back, and spend more time here !

Hot Springs is my home. I grew up at Five Points Lake Hamilton. I left to pursue a career, then returned to grow our cabin community. My favorite part of being a host is meeting all the wonderful guests who stay with us. I love hearing their stories and sharing the history of Five Points. Returning guests often feel like family over time.

Historic Five Points Lake Hamilton is unique. Established in 1934, it is the longest running single family operated cabin rental community on Lake Hamilton. It began as a fishing camp-guide service just 2 years after Lake Hamilton was created. Cabins soon followed to accommodate guests on the lake.
