We do apologize if your welcome box of essential toiletries and kitchen supplies was missed. Our team would have gladly brought those right over had we known during your stay! Regarding beach gear, we've tried keeping chairs and umbrellas on site in the past, but we frequently ran into issues with damage and loss. Also, we do offer a $250 credit towards VayK Beach Gear for guests staying 4 or more nights, however your stay did not qualify. We truly appreciate you choosing Charleston Coast Vacations for your beach getaway and we'd love to have the chance to host you again for a smoother trip next time!
