The Space:
Find ease and relaxation at this fourth-floor villa in Folly Beach, where you'll be treated to spectacular oceanfront views of the water and the Folly Beach Pier. Enjoy the ocean breezes and the sounds of the waves from your expansive deck, which is accessed from both the master bedroom and the living room, and spend each afternoon swimming in one of the two seasonal pools on the property.

What’s nearby:
The Charleston Oceanfront Villas are located right on the sand in Folly Beach, less than a block from the many shops, restaurants, and bars on Center Street. Sign up for a surfing lesson with one of the recreational outfitters on the island, or watch for pelicans at Skimmer Flats in Folly Beach County Park less than two miles west. You'll also be only 12 miles south of downtown Charleston, with its rich culture, storied history, and world-class cuisine.

We loved the balcony and spent many hours there. Great 2alking to restaurants. The beach was wonderful. I would definitely stay here again.

Ok. A little disappointed with conditions of condo. Dishwasher leaked. Bathroom drawer broke. One bathroom sink drain very slow no beachtowels. Skimpy towels.

AMAZING FOLLY BEACH SPOT!

Villa was above expectations-exceptionally well stocked, comfy beds & furniture and the best balcony views. Walkable to everything Folly had to offer. By far the best spot to stay on the Beach!

Great Family Get Away

We rented 2 units for 14 people - all adults. Our unit had 3 bedrooms for 6 people. The location was perfect - beachfront and a pool. Walking distance to a variety of shops and restaurants. Free music at many restaurants. The unit was clean, comfortable. The third bedroom with twin beds is small, does not have a closet or dresser. Just a nightstand with 2 drawers - leaving us to mostly live out of suitcases. The other bedrooms were well-equipped. There were no beach towels or beach chairs which would have been nice. Overall - it was a great vacation and would consider staying there again.

The apartment is exactly as pictured, very clean, great view, and has everything you might need. We really enjoyed it and plan to stay there again next year.

Unusable Master Bed, No Assistance from Management company.

We were very disappointed to find out that the master bed was completely broken and unusable. To make things worse, it seems they knew it was broken and tried to cover it up but placing a paint bucket under the bed to hold up the frame. When we contacted Vacassa management, they gave us the run around and never showed up to fix it. We requested a partial reimbursement and have gotten the run around again. Needless to say, we would not recommend staying at this location or any vacassa managed property.

Best ocean experience ever

Words cannot express how impressive this location is. It simply cannot be beaten. I looked up and down the South Carolina and Georgia coast for something on the beach and this is literally the best one that is ACTUALLY ON THE BEACH. You want ocean sounds? You got 'em. The best part about this stay was it being the off-season. The sun rose on your left and set on your right, covering the balcony the entire time. Despite it being only a high of 55, reading in the sunshine on the balcony was the highlight. There is an elevator super close to the room, there are carts available to transport things up and down, and parking was super easy. I couldn't believe my luck. The furniture was comfortable, the water pressure was great and the cleanliness was top-notch. The only downside I experienced was the home not coming equipped with parchment paper or aluminum foil and the king bed in the master bedroom is sloped (likely due to heavy weight being in the center of the bed over the course of a long time). There likely will not be enough hot water to fill the tub, either, but that is not a worry. During my stay, there was some unfortunate construction taking place in the next room over that elicited some horrible sounds, but the property managers have been super accommodating. Parking pass pickup was really easy. Access was simple and easy. Comfort was 100/100. Views were the best I've ever had. Wi-Fi did leave some things to be desired, but it did not matter that much.

Nice Condo Very loud disruptive contruction during our stay.

We stayed in the Condo for 2 nights and were so disapointed as there were construction workers working on the roof right above our condo (with a crane) until 430pm each evening and the construction started at 730 am each morning we were there. It was so loud there was no way you could sleep or even sit out on the balcony while they were working. We tried to sit on the balcony to drink our coffee but debris was falling in our coffee and we could actually see the workers from the balcony. The noise was so loud at times we couldnt have a conversation on the balcony. We complained to the management company who wasnt very responsive, althugh they did offer to refund us 10% of the cost of the 2 nights. When we werent satisfied with this they offered a 20% refund. Its been over 2 weeks and I still havent seen the refund. There were signs around the property saying they would be doing construction during our stay, but the managment company did not inform us of this when we booked the property. The condo is in a great location and was nice and clean, but we were so disapointed with the noise that was there the duration of our stay.

Exceptional stay!

Condo was really clean with great location to Folly Beach restaurants, shops, bars and more. Beautiful oceanfront view! Property manager was easy to deal with. My sisters and I truly enjoyed the condo and the area.

Very much enjoyed the location. Stunning view to wakeup to every morning. Everything in Folly was in walking distance. Downtown Charleston just 9 short miles away.
