Nice waterfront home with plenty of room, great views and a heated pool! Plenty of seating inside and outside. The large kitchen was stocked with pots, pans, dishes and silverware. Bath towels and wash clothes as well as towels for the pool were plentiful and conveniently placed. Check-in process was straightforward. Owner was very responsive and reached out with clarifying directions without prompting. Also, no worries if you forget a few items as Tops grocery store is less than a five minute drive!

The setting of the property on the river is stunning! Fully equipped kitchen plenty of dining space BBQ swimming pool hot tub sauna comfortable truly a home away from home and so much more. We had a 2-year old with us as well and they were perfectly safe, we only had to bring her life jacket for our river activities ( we brought our own paddle boards) Everything was just so easy. It’s set in a residential area, so be aware that google maps may direct you to the neighbours house, follow the owners’ directions - piece of cake to find and wow!! Hosts are very responsive and helpful. Hope to stay again!

This was our 2nd time at this property for our family vacation. We had a great time. The pool was awesome for the kids and the weather perfect to enjoy the pool. We loved the riverfront where we could fish right from the property and then kayak. The house is big enough for our family and spacious enough we all had our own space. Only issue we had was WiFi didn’t work for the TVs on the 4 rooms on the first floor. Besides not being able to use the TVs on the first floor with the bedrooms and game room we had a wonderful stay.

The house had a lot of stuff on all of the tables and any spaces available. The steps going to the living room and upstairs were very steep and covered with carpet which made them slippery and dangerous. The house was in a great location and had enough room for entertainment. It wasn’t as clean as I had hoped it to be.

This house has a great location on the river. We really enjoyed the entertainment provided by the waterfowl outside the sunroom, ducks and ducklings, Canada geese, and an eagle.The house is unique in that you feel that someone loaned you their house for a visit, it is furnished for living, not just for renting. Anything you might think you would need is provided. There was plenty of room for our party of 6 (2 couples and 2 singles).The large lot the house sits on insures that you have plenty of privacy. It's a short walk into the business district of the village of Baldwinsville. It's a short drive to the Finger Lake district and to many wineries and apple orchards.The owner quickly responded to a couple of questions that we had. We would definitely stay in this house again if we were in the area.
