After spending some time on the beach, enjoy tennis, shuffleboard, horseshoe or bocci ball. Explore the intracoastal amenities such as kayaking, fishing or boating. This 1640 sq ft spacious condo boasts 3 bedrooms each with a queen size bed and wonderful views. The well equipped kitchen has all you need to prepare a home cooked meal while looking out at the crashing waves. The open concept living area leads to a private balcony with the most gorgeous views of the beach. Close to St Augustine, Marineland, the gorgeous Matanzas Inlet and many more attractions.

***A Vehicle access device for $25 is available for renters. Renters need to fill out paperwork and pay for it at the MSOA office on the day of arrival. If you do not wish to purchase the vehicle access device, you can enter the property with a gate pass but note that the guard is not on the property after 10pm. Renters must use a call box to get into the property after 10pm.
