With plenty of room for everyone to spread out, your home-away-from-home features a open floorplan with a spacious living room that seamlessly connects to the dining room and full kitchen to make entertaining a breeze.
The kitchen features granite countertops, new appliances and plentiful cupboard space complete with a brand new Keurig and also drip coffee machine, cookware, dishes and everything you will need.

The supermarket is just a short drive away.
Enjoy meals on the dining table set for six or eat alfresco out on the veranda. The large master bedroom features a king size bed, separate sliding door to the veranda and beautiful master bathroom with double vanity and jacuzzi soaking tub. All of the comfortable bedrooms offer flat-screen tv's with cable. Fast Spectrum Wifi. Complete with a washer and dryer you can pack light and won't have to worry about sandy suits after long days on the beach.

You will be only a couple minute walk to the miles of unspoiled beach, perfect for finding shells, watching dolphins or boogie boarding/surfing.
You will enjoy access to two pools, the oceanside pool and hot tub and the lakeside pool complete with a kids splash zone playground area and hot tub. Both pools offer numerous chairs, tables and shaded areas. Both also offer food service and full bar service.
You can also workout at the resort's gym, use the business center, or enjoy the foosball table, air hockey and billiards in the game room.

Every individual vehicle must be registered for a Fast Pass 3 days prior to arrival. Your Fast Pass will need to be displayed on your dashboard during your stay. To enter the complex, you will need to present it and your drivers license to the gate attendant each time.

Cinnamon Beach Condo

The condo was beautiful, spacious, and for the 5 of us perfectly on our quick trip to Palm Coast.Everything was perfect (except for the ice maker that “knocked” every time it was making ice)…but that was minor. Great location to the community amenities as well as the beach!

Excellent Accommodations

Our two week stay in Palm Coast was a very pleasant surprise and a lovely visit. The condo complex with two pools and easy access to the beach surpassed our expectations. The entire area is lovely with mature vegetation, and the condo itself was perfect for four senior citizens. The first day there we had trouble with access at the gate, but that was quickly resolved by the rental company. We also appreciated their quick response to our question about locking the doors. All in all, we had an easy and relaxing visit. Although the weather was unusually chilly for March, we made the best of the heated pools and all the sunshine. Our only complaint is that there are no grab bars in either shower, which can be a serious problem for older renters. We are really hoping to return next year because this is a very special area.

Great place

The apartment was just as the pictures and description shows. the owner was so easy to reach and even gave us access early check in. The pool hours were not listed in description and once we got there and finally found where clubhouse/pool was located hours were 8-5:30 we wish they were opened later as our kids would of loved swimming after dinner. Overall was a great experience and such a lovely place to stay. Would recommend and revisit!

2 anniversary of summer with friends

The property was beautiful. The beds were comfortable. The condo was well stocked with towels, beach chairs, games and beach toys. It was very clean, and beautifully decorated. Parking was excellent. The elevator was a plus. We enjoyed the pool and the view of the beach. However, We encountered a few dislikes. I don’t feel we had the view that was portrayed in the pictures. The pool and the beach were too far away to be enjoyed the way we wanted to enjoy them. Was a little disappointed that the bar and cafe on the adult side was not open. I also didn’t read anything in the description about the rocks under the water on the beach. The batteries in the door lock must be low. It beeped most of the time. But not that much of a distraction. Overall it was a great trip. We enjoyed time with our friends and are looking forward to our beach trip next year.

So easy to relax here

We had the most amazing stay at the condo. The condo itself is so clean, beautifully decorated and very spacious. It is equipped with everything you would want for a stay with family and friends. We spent a lot of time on the balcony, which overlooks a golf course. The beds are very comfortable. The location is great. It's in a beautiful neighborhood and it's very walkable. It's an easy walk to the beach, which is beautiful, and to the pools. We especially enjoyed the quiet pool, which overlooks the beach. There are many things to do within driving distance. We enjoyed many nearby restaurants. We had a great time going on a kayak tour and playing pickleball at a nearby park. There are many different beaches that are close. St. Augustine is about 35 minutes away. And Flagler Beach is very close as well. We hope to return one day. It's a relaxing haven from the busy world.

Amazing and peaceful

We had such an amazing time during our stay here. The surroundings were beautiful and so many fun things to do close by. The beds were super comfy and we had everything we needed there! Definitely will book with them again next time we come.

Relaxing and beautiful stay!

We loved this property and the neighborhood so much. The drive to the neighborhood is beautiful and then the property itself is located in such a quiet, pretty area. The walk to the beach and pools is VERY short and enjoyable. We loved both pools equally. The property was well kept, clean, and very well stocked. We especially enjoyed the bottle of wine waiting for us in the fridge! I would recommend this listing for anyone wanting a beautiful and relaxing experience!

Wonderful family vacation

We had the best time at this property. It is great for families. The gated community makes you feel safe and secure. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming within the community. The family pool was perfect for our four young kids. The condo itself was beautiful and clean. The hosts were great about communicating and overall we loved our entire experience. Would definitely recommend.

Cinnamon Beach - Excellent Property

Condominium is so convenient to the community pool and the beach. This home is well appointed, comfortable, and immaculate. Would recommend this spot highly for a family vacation or romantic get-a-way.

Start of Winter travels

Enjoyed the area. Hosts were quick to respond to questions.No sun in this unit so we went to the pool for sunset and we’re ushered out by security . They close pool area 1/2 before sunset. No mail delivery available to renter. We were there about a month.Missed getting .birthday cards. Master toilet was disgusting. Owner should have a new cleaning service.

Just Great!

The condominium was exceptional as to location, cleanliness, security and decor. It is two blocks from the beach and another block to the pool. As to Palm Coast, it was beautiful and the restaurants were outstanding, especially Rodies Place and JT Seafood Shack. Wonderful experience. Best place we have stayed.

Exactly as Advertised

This three bedroom, two bath condo is exactly as pictured and advertised. Clean, spacious, well appointed. All the little extras (a bit of coffee, dish/laundry/hand soap, paper towels, Kleenex, beach toys and towels) to allow you to breeze in without needing to immediately run out. As you need to fill in, no problem, there’s a Publix about 5 minutes away. Everything we seemed to need was a 5 minute ride or walk away (the beach, the pool, a great seafood restaurant, a bar, the grocery store). Start to finish, a seamless experience. The hosts were lightning fast with responses and clearly know their customer audience. The coconut biscuits and complementary bottle of Sauv Blanc inspires 6 stars, but alas, I’m capped at 5. ;) thank you for a terrific stay!

Thanksgiving at this lovely property!

We had a very memorable family Thanksgiving at this lovely condo. The unit was as described, attractive and very clean. Nicely stocked pantry and great supply of dishes and cookware. Lovely property with a golf / beach view. We will look forward to going back!
