Classic beach decor and a family-friendly design make this condo a great pick for groups eager to get to the beach! Enjoy a view of the neighborhood lake from your own private balcony furnished for extended outdoor lounging. Inside, central air conditioning and three ceiling fans will help keep everyone comfortable. Younger guests can relax in rooms of their own toward the entrance, while guests of the main bedroom can enjoy an en suite bathroom with a soaking tub and standalone shower. The private washer/dryer makes it easier to pack light. Cook up something delicious on the private gas grill! In addition to a close proximity to the beach, guests can enjoy access to shared hot tubs and pools at the neighborhood Clubhouse. Prepare for true relaxation near the beach in this condo!

What's nearby:
This oceanfront community allows beach access at multiple points. If you want some time on the green, Rees Jones Creek Course and Palm Harbor Golf Club are both within eight miles! History buffs will love being just over 10 miles of the Fort Matanzas National Monument, where guests can explore and learn about the history of the area. The city of St. Augustine (which features another historical stop, Castillo de San Marcos) is just under 25 miles out from the condo. Be sure to stop by Food Truck Wars to sample the delicious offerings of the area.

Great place

Stay was great there were some carpet stains that had not been taken care of and the kitchen faucet had an issue with the sprayer but overall, this is a great place to stay.

Wonderful Family Vacation

We came up from S. Florida over the holidays. Wonderful stay. The condo is spacious and clean with everything we needed. The area is quiet and relaxing with a simple walk to the beach. The clubhouse and pool area were very nice. We loved the area. The European Village nearby has lots of bars and restaurants.

Ocean Hammock

The condo was very clean with plenty of towels and everyday items. The check in process was so easy and the location was ideal. Our family had a great time and would consider staying there again! We would definitely recommend to others.

Our lakeside Retreat

This lovely condo had a wonderful balcony that overlooked a very large lake and was a beautiful setting. We enjoyed having breakfast out there as well as other meals and watching the alligator sunning himself in the mornings. We would enjoy going back we had such a good time.

Getaway

We enjoyed this short getaway in this very clean quite neighborhood. Access to the beach was very close to our unit and there was ample parking for our cars. Amenities were great. We only had to bring food and any seasoning we wanted to use. The unit was very spacious so we didn’t have to be crowded.

Palm coast beach resort

Beautiful place. Loved the porch, lake view, very well stocked with everything you need, comfortable beds, quiet place. Pool wasn’t real close, first bedroom air vents smelled very moldy. Master shower had mold in it and the trash can still had a chicken wing in it. Some of the chair cushions could use an update. Otherwise, we would stay there again.

Great family feel

Loved this condo. It was the perfect size for our family vacation of 6. The beach and pool were so close and the gated community gave the feeling of a safe environment. The condo had a few hiccups. But nothing serious. There were no trash bags, towels were not done drying upon arrival, and the shower door handle was broken off. All in all, we will definitely be coming back.

Lovely condo

Overall clean except the deck/lanai. Lots of cobwebs. Could also use new cushions on the outdoor furniture. Very worn looking and lack comfort to sit on. Kitchen well equipped. Beds comfortable. Vacasa was very easy to work with and quick to respond to any needs/concerns. Would stay again.

lovely!

we enjoyed this condo. the living room and master bath are spacious, as is the huge patio. great lvp floors were so clean. the view is wonderful and you see lots of wildlife. the kitchen was well stocked (but no corkscrew!). the living room, dining room, patio furniture is all in need of replacing - the cushions sagged. not horrible but definitely needed. same with master mattress.

Cockroachs

Upon arrival at property check in was easy but as soon as we got in the apartment and flipped on the lights the cockroaches scattered. Took numerous pictures and was refunded for the stay thankfully but would not reimburse me for the motel I had to say in Wednesday night until I could find another property to book for the rest of my stay.

A little bit deceiving

The condo had just been sold before our stay. The online photos were of a beautifully decorated place. Artwork and furniture were not the same upon arrival. All different and very sparse. No TVs in the guests rooms (Which was advised as having). On some good notes: very clean. Great location and view. Best stocked kitchen with everything needed to cook and entertain. If not for the issues I mentioned, I would have given it a 5. Hopefully those will or have been taken care of.

Uncomfortable beds, bugs, poorly maintained property

VRBO does not allow attaching pictures of this terrible property, so I will try to describe in detail the many issues we had. My mom and sister joined me at this condo for a girls weekend for my mom's birthday. When we checked in there were dirty dishes in the sink. As other reviewers have mentioned there were small roaches throughout the condo, which the owners are well aware of given that there are roach traps everywhere, including on the kitchen counter, which is beyond gross. The beds were horribly uncomfortable. My mom said that the master bed was lumpy and hard, and my sister and I had the other two rooms. The other beds were covered in cheap plastic mattress covers like you would use for a toddler or a hospital bed. The mattress itself was hard as a rock, and the plastic mattress cover made me sweat all night. The pillows were as thin as a pizza box, no exaggeration. How cheap are pillows?! The owner can't spend $15 to buy new pillows? The other furniture in the unit is not any better. The day after we checked in my sister went to take a shower in the guest bathroom and the sliding shower door completely broke off. I contacted the property manager and nothing was done in the way of a repair and no offer of remediation was made. The community is beautiful and the pools were very nice to visit. My advice would be to find another unit to rent (there are many) and avoid this one at all costs if you value cleanliness and a comfortable night's sleep.
