In the house: storage room for skis, central heating system, heating available only from 01.Dec. - 01.May.. In Winter: please take snow chains. Single garage. Supermarket 500 m, restaurant, bar 100 m, bus stop 200 m. Nearby attractions: Lago di Carezza 26 km, Sella Ronda 200 m, Funivia Ciampac/Bafaure 200 m. Please note: In case of good snow conditions, the house is accessible on skis.
2-room apartment 35 m2 on 2nd floor. Practical and comfortable furnishings: living/dining room with 1 double sofabed, dining table and TV (flat screen). Exit to the balcony. 1 small room with 1 french bed (140 cm, length 190 cm). Kitchenette (3 hot plates). Shower/bidet/WC. View of the mountains and the valley. Facilities: hair dryer. Positiv: Sauberkeit, Lage, Ausstattung Negativ: sehr hellhörig! (oropax einpacken!) die nachbarn hörst du immer. wir mussten leider mehrmals rübergehen abends und diese an die nachtruhe erinnern. in die tiefgarage passt nur ein kleines auto zumparken (wurde ungünstig kommuniziert). wir konnten unser auto dann etwas weiter weg parken. es gab keinen schlüssel fur den Skischrank/Absperrung. der kleine Schrank für die Skischuhe hat unfassbar gestunken. da wollten wir unsere Skischuhe nicht reinstellen. außerdem wurden sie da auch nicht trocken. Empfehlung: woanders ein skidepot mit heizung in den schuhen buchen.

Alles prima und angemessen.

Die Lage ist hervorragend, durch die Nähe zu den Seilbahnen zur Sellaronda und zum ciampac. Die Tiefgarage ist zwar eng, aber groß genug zum einparken. Die Ferienwohnung ist für zwei Personen ausreichend groß. Das Bad ist sehr gut ausgestattet mit begehbarer Dusche und ausreichend warmen Wasser. Die Schalter für Warmwasser und Kühlschrank sind allerdings gewöhnungsbedürftig. Wir hatten beide erst am zweiten Tag gefunden!

Klein maar gezellig, mooi uitzicht

Klein maar gezellig, heel gerieflijk appartement met mooi uitzicht. Donsdekens en handdoeken waren voorzien en er is tevens een microgolfoven en een waterkoker (stond niet in de inventaris).

Appartamento comodissimo per le escursione e per muoversi con mete di interesse a portata di mano. Unico neo il letto durissimo che ha creato problemi per l'intera settimana per riuscire a dormire tanto da optare per il divano letto. Saluti

Appartamento funzionale in posizione tranquilla

Mi sono trovata molto bene in questo appartamento, scelto per la posizione fuori Canazei ma con tutti i servizi a disposizione. La via muore su un sentiero e affaccia sul parcheggio di un impianto di risalita, per questo molto tranquilla. E' molto piccolo ma ben strutturato e funzionale adattandosi un pò. Unico neo il garage interrato con ingresso stretto e non accessibile con auto a gas, fuori non ci sono posti auto. Per questo non posso purtroppo dire sia Eccellente.

Vacanze in famiglia

L'appartamento molto ben ristrutturato si trova in un condominio tipico Trentino molto caratteristico. Posizione strategica sia per i percorsi da fare sia per la vicinanza ai servizi(bar ristoranti cabinovia /funivia). Consigliato sia per una vacanza estiva sia invernale.

Posizione bella, ma solo quella

Posizione buona, casa chiusa da settimane non areggiata, un odore poco piacevole, per non dire pessimo all'ingresso, camera da letto piccola con un letto scomodissimo, tanto che abbiamo dovuto dormire sul divano, leggermente meglio, attrezzi da cucina minimi e non puliti bene, frigo con avanzi della precedente presenza.

Zklamání

Celkově apartmán působil špinavým dojmem. Koberečky, které byly před kuchyňskou linkou a pohovkou jsme raději dali na balkon. V rohu ložnice pod stropem byla plíseň a na parapetu okna byla každé ráno vysrážená voda z okna. V bytě byla zima, starý termostat nefungoval a na novém nešla nastavit vyšší teplota. Lednička byla vypnutá, ale bohužel zůstala zavřená a tím pádem značně zapáchala. Kvalitu vzduchu v bytě ještě zhoršovaly dva "osvěžovače - vůně". V garáži se letos asi ještě neuklízelo.

Ci siamo trovati molto bene, appartamento carino pulito e molto funzionale. Gestore dell’agenzia estremamente gentile ci ha fornito tutte le indicazioni. Unica difficoltà il posto auto coperto assegnato al nostro appartamento era un po’ scomodo per una macchina grande e abbiamo preferito lasciarla fuori nel parcheggio della funivia. Consigliato
