Welcome to Pepe's Place! This 1900 sf 3 bed, 2 bath home is located halfway between Houston and Galveston Island, minutes from shopping, restaurants, and entertainment including Big League Dreams, Great Wolf Lodge, Top Golf, NASA, Crystal Lagoon, Seabrook Waterfront, Kemah Boardwalk theme park and Galveston Cruise terminal and attractions!

Feels like being in the country, yet close to so much. Beautiful interior. Property includes 8'x18' heated Spa/Pool (from 3’6" to 4’6" deep) available 365 days/year, covered front and back patios, outdoor grill, fully stocked kitchen, adjustable beds in primary and secondary bedroom, bunk beds in third, and full-size inflatable air mattress available. Wifi available. Towels, toilet paper and toiletries provided.

My family and I enjoyed our stay! The host was very responsive and nice enough to allow us to check in early. My children enjoyed the pool so much! My husband and I enjoyed having comfortable adjusting beds like home! The location was very close to the airport and many stores and food places.

If I could give Pepe place 10 stars I would. Property was amazing. Plenty of room for our vacation. We have a special needs daughter that has not been able to walk since 2021 on her own. We try hard to get her to do things on her own. The fact that she could go wherever in her wheelchair by herself was amazing. The pool was perfect for her to get in walk and play. Will definitely be back!

This property is exceptionally clean! The host has provided many essentials that we didn’t even know we needed. Monica, the best host ever, responded within minutes and with clear and concise instructions or help. TVs in every bedroom was a plus! Towels by the back door as you go out to the pool and plenty of furniture and space to relax. The jetted tub in the master was a bonus!! I’ve stayed in several VRBO homes, and this one was absolutely worth the price! Thank you,, Monica for sharing your home with us! And thank you to your husband for his speedy response to opening the garage door remotely when we locked ourselves out!!

Mother’s Day get away

Perfect getaway home!

Home away from home

We really enjoyed our stay at Pepe's Place. It was exactly as listed, the beds were comfy and the location was perfect! You'd never know you were a mile from the freeway and shops. We'd definitely stay again.

Wonderful home with amazing pool

Our family of four had an amazing week at this home! It has everything thing you need for a home away from home. The pool/hot tub is amazing!! Great location near shopping and restaurants and not far from airport. We definitely recommend and will stay here again!!

I want Pepe's Place to be a place that you can relax and unwind, whether in town for pleasure or business, and that you will want to come back to time and again.

Named after my beloved Chihuahua, Pepe, who passed away in 2021 at the age of 17.5 years old, Pepe was an expert in good vibes, relaxation and sleeping! Like his likeness you see once you walk through the door, Pepe welcomes you and asks you to stay awhile and leave your worries at the door. 🙂
