This VRBO is very comfortable, sparkling clean and well appointed with lots of nice details. There is coffee and tea available, and plenty of ice. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes and appliances. There are white noise machines in the bedrooms. The A/C works very well, we slept soundly. The host was responsive and kind. Thank you for all this hospitality!

This place is really clean and nicely updated. The nice large smart TV and comfortable living room furniture and bed made the stay very enjoyable. Way better than a hotel room.

This is an excellent property with amazing hosts. Wonderful communication and they even had baby items for when my 7 month granddaughter visited. I’d stay here again in a heartbeat!

Overall booking and communication were very good. I requested a couple hours early check in if possible to help accommodate preparations for my son’s wedding and having my elderly parents with me. I was texted with an opportunity to check-in a little bit earlier than 4 pm but it wasn’t going to help at that point, but truly appreciated it. The only thing…we actually left the wedding reception and drove home without using the house so figured at least I could receive a refund for whatever cleaning fee was included in the rental rate, as we never entered the house. Otherwise, I feel like it would’ve been a good stay.

The location was centrally located to area we needed. Wagner was very responsive and a pleasure. Although ww did not spend much time in the unit other than to sleep, we found the accomodations to be comfortable and clean. Will be back again !

Paola Roots Festival

We stayed here to be close to the festival. Awesome blues on Paola Town Square. Property was as advertised. Great AC, kept pace with 100 deg heat. Comfortable beds. Wifi is fiber, 250 up/ down. Enjoyed our stay very much! Check out KM BBQ which is close by.

Great Stay

3 friends came to town to visit a good buddy. This worked out perfectly so we could have a place to all stay together but each have our own room. Much better than having to book 3 hotel rooms. Home is clean and updated. Host communication was great. Easy peasy stay. Thank you!
