The Lemon Ave Pool Home! Ready for your enjoyment, this home has EVERYTHING you need to enjoy a large get-together with beautiful San Diego sunshine! Sparkling pool, relaxing spa, fire pit, kids' playhouse/grass area, decks to view the gorgeous sunsets, and more! The vast open living space features a fully stocked kitchen for any chef's needs! 3 bedrooms on the ground floor level: 1 King, 1 Queen, 1 bunkbed with 2 full and 1 twin trundle mattresses. 2 queen pullout couches in the living room. 1 queen and 1 twin portable tri-fold mattresses. 2 bathrooms (2 full showers with bathtubs) on the ground floor level. 1/2 bath and rec/game room in the garage! 65in TV in the living area, 55in TV in the back yard, 65in TV in the garage rec room! 15 min (~$17 Lyft) to the heart of Downtown San Diego!

**This is not a "party" home unless previously authorized by the host. Guests not on your reservation are not allowed access. You may, however, have up to 15 registered guests. The home comfortably sleeps 11 and up to 15 if smaller beds are shared (likely kids).

This home is great for one big family or a couple of families that are looking to enjoy the great San Diego weather!

A beautiful kitchen is a chef's delight, offering open bar seating, ample pantry, stainless steel appliances, and is fully equipped for a delicious homemade family meal. Huge living room with 65-inch TV, coffee/bar area, and 2 balconies to sit/enjoy the views from. The Rec room in the garage has a 65-inch tv with fire stick, toddler/baby/kid toys, and comfy bean bag chairs! Full-size washer and dryer located in the garage.

The best part is the outside space! San Diego is all about outdoor living with 24/7 amazing weather! The pool, hot tub, and fire pit overlook the entire yard. The 55-inch TV can swivel to face the dining area, fire pit, or spa for watching Netflix, football, movies, etc. The BBQ island features a natural gas grill for enjoying delicious meals while swimming! The fire pit for roasting marshmallows or relaxing after a long day of exploring the city! We have tons of pool floats/toys, plenty of separate pool towels, and everything needed for a good time! We encourage families to bring their own safety flotation devices to ensure their satisfaction.

The pool is not very deep (just under 6 feet in the deep end) and is not meant for diving. Please, watch your children closely in the pool, and swim at your own risk. Never let children be unattended in the pool area.

· Extra pool heating to 83° may be requested (not needed most of the year, especially in the summer). The Spa is FREE to heat year-round. Pool Heating: $200 for the first 2 nights, then $60/heated night.

Other things to note:

- We require a credit card to be on file with a $300 hold (not a charge) placed the day before check-in as a security deposit. The security deposit allows for quick resolutions/fixing of any damages so that you/future guests are not impacted.
