This newly decorated beach cottage unit is located in a trendy historic district that is just steps to the beach, restaurants, shops, yoga, and spas. It is a well- priced hotel alternative. The rental features a new kitchenette, bathroom, and in unit laundry area. The bedroom features a queen bed , built in storage, TV, and mirrored sliding door closet. The living space features sofa, large TV, drop leaf dining table that can function as a desk. Outside you will find a cafe' table for two set in a lower garden area. The property is close to Main Street, and an easy walk to the Pier and Third Street Promenade. Trendy Abbott Kinney is a less than a mile walk and features gourmet cafés, restaurants, pubs, eclectic boutiques and high end yoga studios. Everything was terrific! Devon was really communicative well advance of the trip, all the instructions and access was as explained, and the place was a perfect size for two people. Clean, simple cleanup instruction, and wonderful location.My wife and I stayed for four days total, and we loved the few minute walk to the beach, coffee, groceries, and great food options. Absolutely recommend this spot if you’re coming into town as a couple or solo!

The neighborhood is so great! Lots of young families, people walking their dogs, awesome restaurants, walking distance to the beach!! Adorable accommodations. The only issue for me was the rainshower head was way too high to adjust and didn't give me that massage I need when I take a shower. Otherwise, this place is perfection!
