A newly remodeled guest suite features an exposed brick fireplace and more classic details, offset by neutral, relaxing hues and organically refined accents. The open-plan suite is roomy and airy, with plenty of natural light and room for 4 guests. One queen-size bed and one queen-size sofa bed with a 10 inch thick Air Dream Mattress. Fully stocked kitchen with microwave, refrigerator, toaster, coffee maker, cooktop and cooking utensils.
Covid-19 enhanced cleaning protocol has been implemented.

I cannot say enough about how wonderful my stay was. The space is beautiful and even prettier than the pictures. The layout is spacious and the color scheme is calming. I’m very particular about my bed and this one was exceptionally comfortable. The neighborhood is pretty, quiet and safe. Magali was a spectacular host and lovely person who helped me out many times and I’m so grateful to her. I will definitely be staying here again.

Clipped toenails on coffee table. 3 bath towels for 5 day stay with nowhere to hang bath towels. Bathroom walls had water damage which was painted over. Refrigerator was small and the freezer part was packed with frozen ice so was unusable. We only stayed for less than 24 hours instead of our 5 day plan.

Great Stay in LA

My son and I stayed nearly a week as we visited LA for a senior trip and it was a great location, pretty close to a lot of the sites you'll want to see. Super comfortable beds in a safe, quiet neighborhood and it was easy to find street parking. It was a great place to recharge between activities and get a good night's rest. It is in the host's basement, so there is some noise coming from upstairs but otherwise feels very private with plenty of natural light.

The studio is located in a beautiful neighborhood. The host is very responsive and helpful. She had the pull out bed made prior to our arrival. Both the regular bed and pull out was comfortable. Check in process was no contact and super easy. Would 100% recommend and stay again ☺️

Very comfortable!

Magali was a great communicator and the unit had many essentials for a comfortable stay. Bed is comfy and wifi is great. The only thing I didn't realize in advance is the only refrigerator is dorm room size. That was a challenge for my needs but I'm sure is great for other folks.
