It’s name given because of its two Beautiful Blue Palm Trees standing out front!❤️🌴 This mid-Century beauty located in popular Lido Beach is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath home. Everything has been completed remodeled! Open concept kitchen perfect for entertaining with stunning Cambria quartz. Beautiful LVP flooring and the tile in the bathrooms is luxurious! Only one block away from St Pete Beach, 2021 Traveler's Choice "BEST BEACH IN AMERICA" by Trip Advisor. Coming back from the beach, wash off with the convenient retro outside shower. Private backyard with heated pool and awesome tiki hut! Walk the kiddos down to Lido Park and let them play! This home is right in the middle of everything! The endless amount of restaurants and fun activities to do on Gulf Boulevard is all minutes away and within walking distance. Publix grocery store and Walgreens is conveniently located only 1 minute away!
Clearwater, Treasure Island, John’s Pass, Clearwater Marine Aquarium, Sunken Gardens, Downtown St. Petersburg, Ft. DeSoto State Park, Busch Gardens Tampa, Clearwater Beach, and so much more are all right here!
Tampa Airport and Clearwater International Airport 30 minutes!
Other amenities are Large spacious primary bedroom with en suite, secondary bedroom with bunks is very spacecious, third bedroom has a queen size bed that can accommodate two. Tons of closet space and storage, 4 televisions, internet/Wi-Fi, dining table for 8, even a desk if you have work to do! New ceiling fans throughout, gas grill, sand toys, washer and dryer, central air, electric stove, great breakfast bar with coffee pot and microwave, extra bedding, linens, towels, cookware, utensils, etc…
*Please note there is a camera in the rear by the pool. This is for us when the home is vacant, to monitor pool equipment, and water level. THIS IS A 30 DAY RENTAL.

Wonderful stay

We stayed for 6 weeks and we loved this house. The pool and backyard are lovely and I we spent a lot of time in the lanai. It’s near the beach and restaurant. We would definitely book this house again.

Blue Palms House

We really enjoyed our stay. The house is just minutes from the beach, shopping and good restaurants! Our Grandkids loved the pool! The owner was always quick to answer any questions. We are already talking about coming back next year. Highly recommend this cute house!

Blue Palms is Paradise Again

Our second year at Blue Palms and it was even better than the first. The house renos are fabulous and have made the already comfortable space even better. There is no better home in St Pete Beach in my opinion and Tim is a fantastic host. He’s quick to respond to all communication and is very accommodating.

New Baby visit

We came to stay and help with new grandchild! Everything was amazing. Tim always answered right away, I felt like we had our own private oasis, the neighborhood was great we were close to many things, but not on Main Street! we can't wait to come again thank you

Beyond All Expectations

Seriously amazing. The home is beautiful, the location is a dream. It’s a short walk to beach, to Publix , to everything you can need. Amazing restaurants. The pool is perfect and warm. Overall the home is 10 out of 10. Beyond amazing

Paradise!

We were the lucky guests to be the first renters at this wonderful oasis. The owner is amazing, the space was amazing, the pool was amazing, the street was amazing, the sunsets were amazing, beach access was amazing, household furnishings were amazing. Clean and tidy! We had everything we needed and we'll be back!

Beach Lovers Paradise

We were fortunate to stay at Blue Palms for the month of March and loved every minute of it. The location is outstanding. The beach is a mere 8 minute walk so you can watch the sunset every evening if you wish. It’s close to Publix and many restaurants. The house is well layed out and equipped with all you need for the beach and for daily living. The pool is a fantastic way to enjoy your day. We loved the lanai as well and used it throughout the day. Tim is an amazing host and responds to every request quickly. You will not be disappointed with this property.

My name is Tim. I have been married to my beautiful wife Jennifer for 13 years. We have 4 children ages 19, 13, 12, and 8. I grew up in Boston, but currently live in Indiana and have been here for many years. I own a great painting company and have a real estate license and love home renovation. Our family has grown to love Florida and we visit as much as we can. My father also lives here in Florida so we use that as our excuse to vacation here in Saint Pete Beach as much as we can!

We bought this house for three reasons. Location, location, location! We love this area and when we found this house we fell in love with it! We are doing exactly what we planned to do with it and that is to enjoy it with our family and share that same great experience with other people and families! And if we're lucky enough, maybe someday retire to it. This house needed a lot of love when we purchased it. We poured our hearts and souls into it to make it beautiful and everything it is today!
