The house was perfect for our weekend and had all the amenities we needed for the group to be comfortable. The location was great and views from the living room were phenomenal in the fall.

Bad Experience
We arrived Friday afternoon to very icy conditions. The driveway is a steep incline and had not been treated and was a sheet of ice. After many attempts in a four wheel vehicle we were able to make it up the driveway. We almost slid into the ditch at the end of the driveway several times. It was very dangerous. I called Vacasa once I got in the house and was told by Luke "the town will be by to plow and salt the driveway". I was very upset as we were now trapped in the house with a treacherous driveway. There was NO salt at the property and I was told by Luke there was NO local support to have someone come treat the driveway. He then promised to have someone deliver salt the very next day. No one showed up all weekend. My husband and son had to shovel and scrape ice off the driveway for over an hour. The steps into the house were dangerous the whole weekend with no salt to treat them. I then reached out to the Vacasa cleaning company as there was evidence of mice in the closet, dead flies on the floor and the bathroom was dirty. NO response to date. Vacasa keeps telling me someone will reach out to address my concerns. NO one has reached out and we are now home. Overall the place needs a good cleaning and two of the comforters had very gross stains on them and should be replaced or washed. We paid a lot of money to stay here for the weekend and I was personally anxious about the dangerous driveway, cleanliness and complete lack of any support from Vacasa the whole weekend. The support from this company is a joke. I have photos of all the above if someone from Vacasa or the owner would have contacted me I could have shared my feedback with them. The positive is the house has a very nice view.

Great views!
Large enough space for 10 of us to stay as well as cook a full Thanksgiving dinner. Beautiful views. Older property, but did a good job with updates.
